Scrolling is working fine here, so we're probably going to need more to go on than that.

For whatever reason, the body element gets stuck with the is-modalOpen class, which inhibits scrolling.

I dismissed the modal window and have no way to trigger it again, so I'm just guessing here: Do you have JavaScript turned off?

Nope. That class attribute isn't present in the source, so it must have been put there by JavaScript.

Did somebody put an April Fools modal on the wrong layer where it can't be seen or clicked?
