This is an interesting question, in a way, but what looks good on any given woman/character depends on her specific case. As I tend to prefer a more modest bust on a woman, the best outfits I've seen give a hint of sideboob.

It's hard to choose between underboob and sideboob, but I think I'll have to go with underboob.
