discussion Sharing premium content (I want to create the thread)

I want to create a "Sharing Premium Content" thread where people can shared their paid, premium content for free
not request it, just post links to archives that can be downloaded.

was thinking a minimal level of MVP (whatever its called these days) so every noob can't have access & there is incentive to get to higher levels

(if mods / admin approve, where exactly do i create this thread ??)

Yeah that's a Million Dollar question!! it can change three times in the next few days. MVP is a good place to start..
Would that be Sector V ??
