There's absolutely no chance that server overload would delete anything. I would look into it and see if there's any trails of someone hacking to the system and doing it on purpose. But server traffic certainly would not delete files.

it would be good to ban those right away. You'd need to actively scan all PM though, that seems like a tricky thing to do

wouldnt be hard, would just need to make a new addon to scan all messages and include either ai or preset terms to look for.

AI isn't smart enough to read intentional misspellings, I do it all the time on social media where they have million dollar AI

I'd be surprised if they didn't, those guys fester even mainstream social media comment sections, the loli website would obviously be prime target

The problem is not that Western developers got scared (I'm not talking about Asian projects, I'm allergic to Japanese graphics). The problem is the quality of these projects. The quality is usually 95-98% extremely low. If nature has not given the developer inspiration, then in any case, the output is the devil knows what. Please note that the most discussed projects are 5-6, no more.

But as of today, look at date and time of this post, the only thing I am experiencing is that all attachments, whether they are images or files, are showing as not found or not currently available.

For the images, if you look at the thumbnails of the attached images, they are present and shown. But, when clicking on them to see the preview. The preview screen is black, and at the top left corner, in grey color, there is an error message that the image file was not found.

As for the attached files, like some posts have. When you select them, or right click and save-as, it will ether give an error message that the file can't be found. Or it will give a error message that the file can't be shown at this time and to try again later.

And I have also found posts that have a link to another post, whether that post is in the same thread or a different one, cause an error message stating that the item can't be found. I have come across way too many of those.

It's annoying when stuff doesn't work, i can imagine, but...

They are in the process of moving to a new server as I understand it.
so basically everything has to be rebuilt there.

If I were in their shoes, I would spent my time on that, and leave the current site as-is.
It might be falling apart at places, but it's not slow and the very basic stuff seems to be working.

Spending time on fixing this would delay moving to the new server, which in all likelyhood is the real fix.

Is this real money? No, this is a conditional abstraction, a kind of game. No more than that. Don't worry about some abstract substance. Ranks? OK, you need them, I don't. Everything is relative. Worrying about small things in a virtual world that has nothing to do with real life is pointless and hopeless. The real world is much more interesting.
