The time skip was handled so sloppily and so abruptly that it would be a huge shock for there to be any. It's blatantly obvious that the purpose was to age Sara up so the dev stopped getting harassed on F95 and could (likely) submit it to Steam.

Effectively, if he was just going to add lolis back in, why bother with the time skip at all?

Thats pretty much it I would say, thats why I thought the "The long-awaited follow-up to Oh Daddy by Nightaku is finally here." in the description is hilarious... no one awaited it, pretty sure everyone wanted the first part to continued properly instead of aging her up trough a sloppy timeskip
