I'm honestly not super-disappointed, but my expectations were pretty low to begin with. Kayla's forgettable. I don't mind piercings, unlike a lot of people here, but I find septum piercings to be extremely un-sexy.

Good things:

• Annie is a relatively believable character, and she's likely to serve the role of "finding out about the taboo shit and then having to come to terms with it", since the MC isn't going to have any problems being with Sara again otherwise. She's also likely to be the "corruptable innocent" in this one.
• Looking forward to seeing what's up with the unnamed younger nun with the round-rimmed glasses. What we could see of her looked cute.

Mixed things:

• Character models are good, though it still felt like there was some inconsistency in how Sara looked from frame to frame occasionally.
• Kayla's hot except for the septum piercing, and I wish her personality wasn't quite so apathetic, or quite so slutty. This feels like a repeat of Lana from Part 1 (in which it was established that she had and enjoyed being in an MMMF gangbang).
• The nun storyline is certainly one of the ways the dev could have avoided the expectation of between-game NTR. No, I didn't miss any words in that last sentence. In any case, it's pretty ham-fisted (he even has to have her say she didn't get horny when she couldn't be with the MC, so he can claim none of the other nuns or novices were horny and frustrated enough to pull an Amanda on her), and hopefully the nuns won't play too big a role, other than the cute younger nun getting dragged into the MC's story and onto his dick.

Not-Good things:

• The plot is questionable at best. While we don't know everything, there just seems like a lot of unnecessarily fantastical elements inserted so that the plot doesn't stop. They mostly just make the whole thing feel a bit sloppy.
• Mike and Amanda being written back in as pretty obvious antagonists despite the MC being certain he can trust them. That, of course, will allow for betrayal later on.
• Amanda being written back in to this version means the most problematic part of Part 1 still remains: Sara went down on Amanda in the clothing store, without the MC's knowledge or permission, behind his back. While this kind of cheating is often forgiven in these games, that only happens when both parties either are or become love interests. Given how she's been presented in this latest update, Amanda is now very clearly not a love interest in any way. Since the dev claims the game has no NTR and never will have any, this scene will likely just be ignored as if it didn't happen.

im just glad they reconnected MC and Sara, didnt even care if she was gonna be mad at him or happy or what, kids real or fake, feeling abandoned always messes me up. pulls on one of the only feelings i have left in my shriveled and cold heart. no really it bugs me even when its fake. unless the kids is a lil monster, than whatever
