Overview:

She’s the reason my daily routine feels exciting now. Even though I don’t know anything about her, I’m determined to find a way to get closer. Every meeting feels like a new chance, every glance, a spark of what could be.

I gave the game a try, it looks cute, but there's an excessive amount of grinding. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Plus, the enjoyment indicator isn't working.

You guys aren't wrong about the game being VERY grindy. The enjoyment indicator DOES work, but she didn't even begin enjoying anything I was doing until I had her around 40-50 affection. By then I had unlocked all the strip options and nude molesting. AFTER that, I discovered that if you exceed her threshhold for actions they won't cause enjoyment so I might restart the game and not rush to the more extreme actions so fast to see when she starts feeling the over-the-clothes stuff (the tamest stuff you can do), and work on giving her more cookies

how you get to 50 affection i am stuck at like 30 and food seems like it does not work but i have to wait the full train ride time each time so its a pain to try things out

i found the savefile and just edited the affection to like 65 and then it started to be like an agtual game lol

I just grinded it lol. Just spent all ride every ride molesting her as much as possible and affection slowwwly crept up until she would finally start accepting cookies. When I could give her a cookie each day it started moving a lot faster

I didn't observe any benefit to using toys wrt earning points or affection. In fact the ones I tried in the early game appeared to affect her enjoyment negatively so I wrote them off as an endgame item. Her affection was almost maxed before the nipple clips actually raise enjoyment rather than lower it for instance

Good job finding a way around it. I don't mind games with a bit of grind, but without ANY feedback it really did feel like it was broken for a while

In fact, you don't need to grind. You just need to understand how affection-boosting gifts work.
There's a limit to the points by which you can increase her affection per day, and you can find this limit by saving first and then increasing the value of the gifts you give. If the reaction to a gift is negative, load the save and try again. In the store, you need to buy several of each gift type to have a choice.
At the beginning of the game she doesn't take any gifts at all, then she takes only 1 cheapest one, then 2 cheapest ones, then 1 slightly more expensive one, and so on in ascending order. Thus, 1 point is added per run (if there were no negative reactions to gifts), plus additional points for gifts. If everything is done optimally, affection increases very quickly. The influence of gifts is not immediately visible; it will only appear at the end of the run.

I was tripped up by this for a bit too. Assuming you've unlocked sex, what you have to do is first get her enjoyment higher than halfway, and maybe even a little higher than that. Then, when you interact to insert, don't hold the button like you do for all the other molestation. If she's ready, he should insert it all the way and then pause, and +/-/x controls should appear on the right. Press the buttons to control his piston speed and everything else should be obvious

That's exactly what I did. It worked by accident, now sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
It's tied to something else, but definitely not to enjoyment (often it doesn't work even with 95%).

If you don't use gifts, you'll need 100 runs to farm Affection. Yes, that's a mad grind.
But if you use them correctly, it'll only take 7-8 runs, which isn't exactly a grind.

Overall, the animation in the game is done with great care. This game reminded me of another game (Bioroid) that's on ATF. It's strange that it's not here yet.
