three years ago (maybe I won't remember anymore), I came across an RPG sandbox about one rapist who was caught by the police and suddenly offered him the position of a breeding officer for himself (or I don't remember exactly how) - in fact, he was given carte blanche with permission to engage in essentially the same rapist activity (because you can it was hard to fuck even if the woman refused voluntarily) but already legalized.
No, it's not "welcome to the seeding city" or "blablabla breeding comitee" (I won't say the exact name, but it's very similar)
