I guess since most people here are keeping up with the thread on the other site for the game know this info. already but the ones who haven't seen it yet here is what the dev put on their patreon:

To some of our supporters, I apologize, but moving forward, there will be no NTR scenes included in my game.
The current 0.10 version is now available. Please note that the NTR scene has been removed in the PC and Mac versions, but the Android version still contains the scene.
I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Don't know if it even makes sense but I found an i-patch somewhere.
It changes all step-relations to blood-relations (stepmom->mom)

The real problem with the NTR scene in v0.10 was that there was a similar scene in an earlier version of the game, which was later removed (see changelog v0.7), and he stated that he wouldn't add another NTR scene.
So the real problem was that his word is worth less than a few bucks from a NTR fan.

I think he already backtracked and removed NTR and said he won't do it anymore.

Oh! i thought i remembered there beng talk of adding in a slave girl scene with NTR but not making it a mainstay

Yeah it was added but they backtracked and removed it I think not sure if the version 0.10 is the one with the NTR or the one without it.
At least base on the patreon page but I think the one upload here is still the NTR version.
