i feel like they tried juggling to much and just got tired of trying (the states and skills come to mind), its also a issues that a lot of adult content creators seem to struggle with they have a good idea and the start of the game/book/media is usually good because its this new thing they get to introduce, then the middle and ends tend to suffer when they have to bring that idea to bear full circle.

A different example for me that really disappointing was Alexandra, for this game it really fell off after they found merik and went on the strange side quest into the cave.

I think this was an extremely ambition game that they kinda simplified as they went along. The first part really played like it was going to be an RPG in the style of Vampire: The Masquerade specially that great pc game Bloodlines, but they abandoned the concept pretty fast. It's a massive game that gets annoying when you have to juggle save files and the like. Really hoping they trim the size down and figure out what they want to do with this game. That being said I really do love this game, I'm a sucker for vampire games.

I also think that the game was very ambitious, maybe too much for the dev to maintain the initial quality. But it's still an good game, with a well-developed (if classical) world (of darkness) and an interesting storyline.

Damn i liked the game when i first played it but seeing what this has become is a bit sad.
Hope the dev will get their things together so that we can enjoy this game with a good ending.

Same. Even worse when your previous saves don't even work. Hopefully there's a single file download in the future

I haven't played all the way through yet be from where I left off this games got an amazing story and it's on interesting take on the different types of vampires and their abilities.

abitlities is already here, but the story take anew path and a new intrigue,
many protagonist......will not here anymore.....or not

This game has a lot of content now, but I get how their update system can seems annoying to a lot of people. I keep them all in a folder to clean up space, and once each episode is completed its not so bad to manage. As for the game itself, I started out loving this VN. For my fellow World of Darkness enjoyers out there, I think we all had a lot of hope when we saw some similarities to the Vampire the Masquerade system, but as the game went on, the ability system gets used less and less. The story isn't too bad and renders decent. If you like Vamp Novels, I would definitely say give it a go

You know, I wonder who the MC will be feeding her once a year. In WOD the ancients have such voids in their souls that human blood no longer registers, they need other vampires, preferably strong ones. That's generally why whenever there is even a whiff of an ancient awakening, every vampire within a huge region will fucking leg it to avoid being dinner. This seems to have carried over here because of what Frank said and what happened to Calisto. But there was only one Calisto and now there's no one close in the region who would even register on Eres' plate.

Take your bets on what's for dinner:

1. All the other assholes on the vamp council. Game does not last long enough to explain how the wider vamp society reacts to strong vamps randomly disappearing in this region.
2. MC is the food and once a year she will leave him only mostly dead. The rest of the year is for him to bulk up.
3. We're just gonna ignore everything because earlier she was satisfied with some random Nos being fattened on human blood and it somehow worked, so no need to buck the system.

At this point I just want an ending that is at least consistent with what's been established.

I like the theme of the game together with "The Bite: Revenant", but its a little bit on a slow paced side.

The story of this game is interesting, however the slow pace is unfortunate. This slow pace could also be due to the plenty but small updates, which makes one feel like they played the game just yesterday, however nothing new has happened in the story.

Well, as a person that's played this since it first came out (though took quite a long break, before I replayed it all yesterday) I have to say...I definitely get why some people lose interest.
