Added green highlight for the only choice in this update

Episode Two

Initial release for Episode Two, added all highlights to get all available scenes.

Season Two doesn't need a mod. Season Three also doesn't need a mod yet, if it does in the future I shall update this mod accordingly.

I've seen the game has updated, I'm gonna start working on it now. It'll be a nice break from the mammoth task that is updating my Where The Heart Is mod.
Edit: nevermind the links to it are non-existent. Therefore I've reverted my edit to the op and the links to s1ep4 mod are back up.
