Because current system is just... not great. You download a game. You load the save.

Quonix is another one. 1 fap scene every month and not really much plot anymore other than seducing family members (after mom he's ran out of them, only took 51 months/updates, maybe he'll add a family reunion trip next /sarcasm). Moonbox is similar, that one got so boring I haven't even bothered downloading it for the past year or so, even before grandma got fucked, just too many LI's to feel attached to any of them.

If you want to play VN with a psychotic, rapist, murderer, necrophiliac, abusive asshole as the main character, then this the game for you. Otherwise, just stay away. To each their own I guess. Its only a fantasy. Just not one everyone will enjoy. The thing is, its done very well, but I had to stop playing it after a few minutes.

Eh the way I see it if one has an urge to kill someone in real life play this instead, it might save them some drama and the hassle of having to dispose of a corpse. There's Blackheart dark and then there's Raptus dark.

I'm not usually into this type of games, but in this case it's on the edge of attraction/perversion for me. But the last update was already over the edge for me. Nubmer 6 has made this game lean heavily towards Red Room and that's too much for me. I hope it was just a step out of the comfort zone and the game will return to that nice domestic rape.

So let me get this straight: the updates were already some of the smallest I’ve ever seen in any VN, and now they’re going to be even shorter.

All of that… for a sandbox. Of course. Because nothing screams “great idea” like turning a VN into a time-wasting sandbox.

I actually liked this game, which makes this even more painful. I used to check it every 4–5 updates. Now? Guess I’ll come back in 10–20 updates and see if there’s still an actual story left.

Honestly disappointing.
