discussion question regarding crypto donation and the new "travel rule"

Hi all,

I want to donate via btc but I'm a little bit lost regarding how to do it... when I use my preffered broker (bitpanda) I got constantly warnings that the wallet address might be verified (they refer that to new money laundering rules).
So my question, is, can i still send to the addresses provided without any risk/verificytion of that wallet?
