PC (Windows/Linux): Unzip the mod file and put the folder named "game" from the mod in your game "(gamename)-0.*-pc" folder. i.e "TheGuardian-0.*-pc"
MAC: Unzip the mod -> Right-click your "(gamename)" app -> Click "Show Package Contents" -> Open the "Contents" then "Resources" folders -> Hold the Option key and drag the folder named "game" from the mod to the "autorun" folder -> Click merge.

I am not a lawyer and I don't live in Australia, but from what I've found most laws targeting lolisho aren't enforced if people actually only consume lolisho content.
If however you have actual CSAM, then they use the laws to punish you for your fictional content as well as the real content.

Pretty sure he wouldn't be getting 11 years if he didn't had actual Columbus Primates in his computer to begin with, and apparently he got first arrested for stalking his (maybe underage? never confirmed) neighbor
