I think it should be a niche of it's own. It's not something i would aways try to consume but there's something hot to a character with an impractical body built solely for lewds. Huge lips feels like the person has some sort of sickness or feels deformed, it is also the most common surgery that celebrities do that go wrong so it also brings that kind image to my mind when i see it.
