Honestly not many come to mind except for Robot's Touch which super short but loved the concept of hacking her "functions". Areas of Gray I believe had a hot android maid. You just don't run into too many games with robotic babes.

I remember Areas of Gray, played it long time ago. It had a cool atmosphere.

I also wish there were more game with android cuties, SAndrA is just super hot and unintenionally funny
