Profile Picture. How do I make a good one?

I had mine with a random search on Google. I'm one lazy bastard.
 
These are all good advice and different ideas. Thanks everyone.
 
Downloaded the image, then your profile and click and load the image and you have a new photo
 
Found mine on Pixiv and just dragged the pic to my Desktop, easy peasy.
