Overview:

Patreon still counts adopted family as incest. Just like stepfamily. Which makes you wonder why people bother with such ineffective subterfuge.

Just make the "mom" dad's girlfriend whom he never married, and the "sisters" are her kids (with the father undefined). Bam! Now you have a super obvious incest setup, with NO actionable incest content and no need for idiocy such as "landlady" and "roommate". Add in the ability to define relationships and you're all set!
