Honestly I feel like he fell off after A Petal Amongst thorns, the last game was a lot worse. I feel like focusing on just a single daughter per game would be a lot better than having all these new characters in the last two games

Look i liked it, it just wasnt anywhere near Petal. The relationship between the dad and Bliss went way to fast, and Bliss was to cocky for a virgin imo. Petal was much more believable

You forget that unlike Petal, Bliss was more in touch with her emotions and loved her father for years. She restrained herself a big deal already (and considering how Moon did even earlier than her it makes me shudder) whereas Petal only had budding feelings for him as they went on the trip in the first game. It only seemed better because there was not much story in the first game and thus involved less characters in comparison to the first one.
A Moment Of Bliss was popping the bubble that was the first game and the reality hitting them with all the underlying stories related to the family (and dear lord, how much I love the Suzi storyline). I don't deny that each game is good, but A Petal Among Thorns was basically a bubble, and didn't reflect the reality of their situation.

I agree, but Bliss still moved to fast for me. I understand her desires and the situation, but it went from zero to 100 in such a fast pace. If the game only focused on Petal and Bliss (and the mom) i would have liked it more, the extra charcters didnt really do it for me, interested to see how it moves forward with Moon though

Me too.
By the way one of the reasons it moved so fast is because in the past the father was clueless regarding the conflicts affecting the women of the family as he wasn't afflicted with the same 'disease'. He didn't know what they were until Petal helped figure out (along with Rose's brother). As he renewed his perspective upon coming back home he finally noticed the hints and thanks to Suzi he learnt how to process the situation and used her help as a therapist to handle their evolving family. You could say there was a lot of character development, and meeting these new characters in A Moment Of Bliss helped the father grow as a person.

These have been a good set of VN's. Impressive, I must say. Dev sticks to it and I hear, after the usual patreon bullshit, that he's going to try and stick with it. I hope he does

I know that it is mentioned on the first page, but you shouldn't start playing this game until you've already played "A Petal Among Thorns", and "A Moment of Bliss" (in that order).
I'm really looking forward to this ongoing story and hopefully completion of this game.
Lockheart games are the best!

I really like the first one, but as mentioned before, A Moment Of Bliss went a little too fast for me in terms of time spent with Bliss. Here's hoping the final game of the trilogy really focuses on Moon and make this an Instant Classic trilogy. I'll prob wait to check it out on full release since it's such a story-centric game.

Harmony is the only one with "ridiculous" boobs as characters put it. But you should play the first 2 games of the trilogy first.
