One hand play should be a requirement by law for this kind of game.
It is a neat feature to have, for sure! Especially for people who want to be... efficient and productive when they engage in media. :sneaky:
 
The logistics of playing some of the more complex games can surely be demanding.

But at least you know it. The worst is when you suddenly need a second hand for that one special action because the dev just couldn't be bothered triggering that one action with the mouse like 95% of the rest of the controls.
 
I have a razer naga trinity and use the circle number side plate custom mapping for WASD keys and map and inventory, comes in handy with games like: The last Barbarian, Sunbay, Fuckerman, Monolith Bay, Monster Girl Island
mid-maxxing one-hand gaming damn :LOL:
 
I've been there, often finding myself in situations where this was the only way to play, and it's interesting to see how some games accommodate this style more than others.
 
I just use AHK to bind all relevant keys to my mouse and use that.
