Babylon 5 and Deep Space Nine. Some of the better Sc-Fy shows I watched as kid.

Along with Hercules, Xenia, and Earth Final Conflict.

Never seen that! But to be fair Lois is the glue that holds them together. She's the misguided antagonists that manifests all of the boys' dastardly plans.
