Since genre wasn't really specified, you could try Breeders of the Nephelym. It is fully 3D open world sort of a management game where you catch and breed different species of monster girls. The mechanics are literally all based on sex and you get to not only watch but also participate. I had fun figuring out the cross-breeding stuff. It's not a new game but I think the development hit some delays last time I checked.

Bump, was gonna make a new thread but found this one.
I wanna make a list of decent games with mechanics/gameplay, so I hope more people can add some suggestions!

My additions:

Mystwood Manor
- You run a hotel and have employees with various talents, and you need to mix n' match them to do all the roles needed for the guests. You train them and manage who's good at what

Mist
- Closer to a VN, but is a point n' click game. There's choices and planning, and you explore the world by moving around. It's on rails and simple, but feels more like a game than a VN

Peasant's Quest is a decent RPG with good amount of quests and pretty good worldbuilding(for a porn game, that is).

Its not in LC but Eiyuu Senki Gold has some fun simple strategy combat. Honestly I like it more for the fighting than the NSFW part.
