I don't think it would be more confusing than the current system. Sites that have an inseki tag use it as an additional tag on top of the incest tag. If you see the inseki tag, you can still click on the game and check if there's a patch. That's easier than seeing the incest tag, not being sure from the game's description what that means and searching the forum for someone to clarify. Of course, having an Incest(modded) tag would make things even clearer. Incest, Incest(modded), and Step-cest tags would provide so much more clarity than we have now.

had never heard the word Inseki used before, even on Japanese pornography websites for the West. Another reason is that the forum is in English, and for that reason I think the English term "step-incest" should be preferred.
