is it safe? there was a virus on v0.09 by a bad actor, is this download checked?

The version I downloaded from here is a different size than the version I downloaded from F95. It would be nice if whoever updated links in the thread would say something or if they are unsure, remove it for now...

Edit:
I did try the version on here from Pixeldrain on a vm and malwarebytes caught something after i started the game. I also saw some quick command prompts pop up, quick enough you could also wonder if you really saw it. I did not see this type of action or get any warnings from the version downloaded from F95.

The file malwarebytes quarantines was called "Retrieve.pif" under Appdata\Local\Temp\

In short, get the game from F95 if you want to get it, and not here. I believe the one on this website contains a virus, or at least, it's questionable enough i wouldn't take the chance.

Graphics are really good and it’s one of those kinda free roam too which is nice. Definitely feels better than a classic sandbox

That's what the code in the thread is for.
On the main menu, click on "Activate", input the code, then restart the game. That should do it.
