I think you can also add "Tales from the Unending Void" or "It's Just a Game", maybe "Homelander" or even "Neko Paradise" if I've assessed the criteria correctly
And if we recall the long-abandoned ones like "The New Me", then we can add "Bad Teacher"

Percentages are hard to say, but most of it is in reality, however there are quite a few long scenes in VR as far as I can remember.

I've only tried the evil/corruption path and there is quite a lot of sex on that route.
