Hello there you wonderful and extremely wholesome & cute people!

Another week, another progress update!

I'm still working away on Chapter 2 of the prequel and I'm pretty confident to have the full release ready soon(ish). I was dealing with some real life stuff for last week so I didn't get as much work in it as I wanted, but I'm still happy with how I progressed. I finished the Rei event, for example, where the MC can decide if he wants to ( kinda ) tell her that he knows Anna or not. I would recommend you tell her, though, because keeping something like this from her will lead to problems in the end ( especially since Sabrina and Lea might mention it at one point on accident ). I started to work on a little Bethany event that will not include the big reveal, but more of a bonding time for her and the MC. I feel like Bethany didn't get that much time alone with him yet, so I'm going to change that. She will invite him out to a coffee, something that she often does ( if you remember from the main game ). Todays render is her in MCs room though, inviting him for said time! I also didn't forget to include some fun time with Lea and Jackie, so you can also look forward to that. Like usual, I try to balance it out that every girl gets a decent amount of screentime!

I also worked some more on My New Family 2, at least script wise, and I can reassure you that the game is being worked on. Given the fact that the epilogue release of MNF2 has been a long time ago, I feel like I need to amp my work speed up there, since I receive a decent amount of messages each week where people ask if I still work on MNF2 or not. I am, I can promise you that. The same goes for Chapter 4 of My New Memories, though I feel like with the huge acceptance of the remade Anna that I'll use for the prequel, my mind was put a little at ease even though it has been over 2 years that my stuff has been taken by now. Still, no matter what, I will continue to work and push game releases out, because working on My New Memories, My New Memories The Beginning and My New Family is literally what gives me a purpose in life right now, as weird as that might sound. These games still give me a reason to get up every day, just like you guys who enjoy playing them.

Another week, another progress update!

I have just a bit of information, on thursday I have an appointment with my lawyer since he got access to the case file again, so I will hear if there has been any updates etc. I'm also going to make him file another request for my SSD that contains all my DAZ3D assets and in addition, my laptop that I bought a few months before this whole fiasko happened and that didn't contain anything related to my games yet ( it was freshly installed ). I hope I will get some more information then, if and when I get my stuff back that is not needed for the court hearing that might happen to me. I will update you guys if I learn anything worth sharing.

Now, let's jump to the games!

Todays render shows Jackie in a bath towel, apparently in front of a sauna. You know I like to do these events ever since I put them in My New Family, when you enjoy the sauna for the first time with the gingers. I feel like these events are always kinda special, since the MC and the girl are naked but not in a sexual way, if that makes sense? They just sit there and talk about this and that. With Jackie it's going to be a special case, since you are able to go on a date with her and maybe explore something that goes beyond the "best friend/buddy" thing you have going with her in the beginning of the prequel. Having a date in a sauna surely seems special, and I have to think back to the main game, where the MC has a similar moment with Lina. I think this will be a good opportunity to see if I can pull something off like that again. Jackie is not as reserved as she used to be and while they both assured each other that their friendship always comes first, it's still going to be interesting to see if Jackie can deal with the fact that the MC has multiple girlfriends. Still, she looks super cute in a towel, right?

I also worked some more on the main game, but it's a pretty big spoiler so all I can say is that it involves Sarah and the MC. I think I mentioned those two having an event in a few progress updates, but if I say something like this you might already guess where I'm heading. There is such a deep connection between those two and after everything that has happened over the years, leading to Sarah saving the MCs life, things are meant to change between those two. If you want to go that way is up to you, but if you decide not to, you might break more than just one heart.

And I feel like thats it for now, people. Sorry that there is not more to talk about, but like I said above, if I learn anything worth sharing on thursday, I'll let you guys know right away! Until then, stay awesome!

As mentioned in mondays progress update, I had a talk with my lawyer today.

To keep things short and simple, there sadly isn't much new to report. Only things that have nothing to do with my assets and that I rather keep private, but my Lawyer will send in a new request to get the SSD that contains all my DAZ3D assets back and also my laptop, that never even contained anything.

As a reminder, the investigating police officer put four ( 4!!! ) sample files into her reasoning why I don't have my assets back yet. One render with Lena, a render with Olivia, render with Lina and a render with Sabrina. You know these characters and while Olivia might look on the younger side, she has not a single render in the game that is questionable. Lina, Sabrina and Lena all are adults and look like them as well, body proportions etc ( her reasoning for Lena literally said "No breast and small arms" ). This has been the reasoning since 2023 and since then, the state attorney still didn't look over it. So we hope the new request will clear these things up.

But yeah...Sadly, not much to share. I was expecting terrible news so at least that didn't happen. The waiting for this appointment was pretty stressing so I'm kinda relieved there now.

Another week, another progress update!

Since I already talked about everything that has happened thursday in a post last week, I'll just jump right into the games!

I'm still working away on the final events of the second prequel chapter and I'm making decent progress. Not as much as I hoped for, but I'm still keeping a steady pace. I decided to add in a little extra event during your time with Rei in the morning, and todays render shows something the MC has to do because of it. He's ging to the grocery store where he, to his surprise, meets Amelie. They have a quick talk and then the MC returns home with his bought goods. I still have some events to do, for example the coffee afternoon with Bethany and a longer relaxed event with Lea, but I'm very very confident that the full release of Chapter 2 will be in october. That's still way later than I anticipated and I'm sorry for that, I just hope that the content you'll get will make up for it. Ever since I started to work on the prequel I felt a lot of creativity return and I feel like it will help me regain the momentum and confidence I had two years ago, before shit hit the fan, as the saying goes.

Since I got asked this a few times again lately I wanted to say again that all the girls you meet in the prequel will eventually show up in the main game. The first one, obviously, will most likely be Rei, who will get a small mention in Chapter 4. I don't want to introduce too many new girls at once and in Chapter 4 you're already going to meet Karla and the twins, so I might safe the appearance of the first prequel girl for Chapter 5. I don't want to overpopulate my games usually and I feel like My New Memories already has a packed cast with a lot of main girls and a few side girls, so I want to make it a more "Natural" progress, kinda like I did with My New Family. The difficult thing with too many women in the game is of course that everyone has their own favorites, and if their favorite doesnt get as much time as another girl, people might be sad or disappointed. So I will do my best to make sure that this won't happen.

And I feel like thats it for now, people. Sorry that there is not that much to report and share and I'm sorry that Chapter 2 is taking longer than I initially anticipated. I deserve all the criticism and blame for that. If there is anything worth sharing in the meantime, I'll let you guys know. Until then, stay awesome!

Another month, another week, another progress update!

Let's jump right into the games!

I'm still working away on the last events of Chapter 2 and I'm making decent progress, the last day of this Chapter is going to be a little longer than I anticipated but I feel like thats a good thing. I think I teased a little that you will get a longer event with Lea ( who is in todays progress update render ), and the talk with her will go a little deeper. Since Lea is the first girl the MC gets to be intimate with she kinda is the "first girlfriend", in a sense ( if you decided to go that route, though it makes more sense if you do canonically ). The MC is still a little unsure regarding the whole "You can date more than one woman" thing, especially with Anna returning sooner than later. Lea is there to take these worries and thoughts away from him and in a sense, she reminds me a lot of Sandra there from My New Family. Of course the bond between those two is not the same as the one the MC shares with Anna, but that doesn't change the fact that they both love each other. And who knows, maybe you'll get a nice little event with her that includes an animation later on ( spoiler: You will ).

I was suffering a bit of a writing block for the main game and MNF2. I feel like it has to do with the talk I had with my lawyer and "new hope" to getting my stuff back. It's kinda insane, if I Had to describe it with my own words it feels like slowly pulling a rubberband until it eventually snaps back at you. It snapped back when we were ignored by the state attorney and now it's slowly getting pulled again, in the hopes that we finally get a positive response to at least get my rendering assets back. I feel like everything that I have been suffering for mentally for the last 2 years will be gone then, or at least the biggest burden I ever had in my life will be taken away from me. I don't know if that makes sense but I hope you get what I mean with this. I just hope I have more positive news to share regarding that soon - I'm getting my hopes up and pray for it everyday.

Another week, another progress update!

I'm still working away on the final day of Chapter 2 for My New Memories: The Beginning and I didn't make as much progress as I wanted. I feel like my progress in general has slowed down way too much compared to the time between the last 2 beta releases ( they both released within a month of each other ). There is no real excuse for it besides me not being fully there mentally, but I promise I will do better and I'm making steady progress since a few days again, finishing events and preparing renders etc. Todays render shows Bethany walking in the streets, while her and the MC go to her favorite café. You know that these two used to do this a lot in the main game as well ( not only going for coffee ), so I'm looking forward to see this as the "starting point" of them going outside to eat/drink together and talk about this and that. Of course there is the big thing Bethany will reveal in the end and this will also get talked about. She will also mention a few things that will make more sense if you had certain events with her in the main game, and I'm really excited to see what you guys will think about that talk in general!

I also worked more on Chapter 4 and I'm more or less done with two side events I wanted to do there for a while. I call these side events because they don't involve one of the main girls. One is with Lisa, the hotel receptionist and one is with Sabine, the girl working as a nurse in the hospital. Sabine heard that the MC had a certain event happening the night before ( this all plays on the first day of Chapter 4 ), and she is very worried. Sabine is a very close member of the family and since she doesn't have any siblings, she almost feels like a sister to the other girls. But the feelings she might have towards the MC are a completely different story...I mean, you knew this would eventually happen, right?

And I feel like thats it for now. I'm really sorry the next update for the prequel is taking so long and like I said a few times by now, I hope the wait will be worth it. If I hear anything new regarding my case I'll let you guys know as soon as possible. Until then, stay awesome!

Another week, another progress update!

I feel like this will be more or less a repeat from last week. I'm still working away on the final day of Chapter 2 of the prequel. I finally finished the Lea event today where I was stuck on some dialogues for quite a while, but now they're done and I feel like this event will explain a lot of things regarding the MC in the main game. He wasn't always the womanizer he seems to be in the main game, he was actually kinda hesitant to romance more than one girl, since he doesn't want to give anyone less attention than they deserve. That is where Lea comes in, which the MC started his first relationship with. Lea basically eases the mind of the MC when it comes to dating multiple girls. She also kinda takes away his fear what will happen once Anna returns - Because he thinks that once she is back, no one else will be important to him anymore. It's going to be a more emotional and serious talk and I kinda like to present the MC in a "insecure" way when it comes to the "harem" thing, at least in the beginning. Of course you know how he ends up being in the main game and he will start to get this confidence during the prequel as well! Lea is also in todays progress update render, sitting on the couch in her room.

I also worked some more on My New Family 2 these last few days and I'm leaning more and more into using Honey Select 2. It has been almost 2 years since My New Family 2 was completed and I feel like it's about time we can continue the story with Lucy, Sandra and all the other girls from the household. And not only that, with the inroduction of ginger twins, maybe a new little cat etc...It's about time I dive more into that. I will probably fully focus on MNF2 once Chapter 2 of The Beginning is out, while also still working on My New Memories ( the main game ). Still, I received a lot of messages lately where people are eager to see My New family 2 released and to be honest, I kinda underestimated the demand for it. So you can look forward to that!

And I feel like thats it for now, people. Nothing new in my case yet but it has only been what, 3 weeks since I visited my lawyer? It's not like I expected an answer until at least 6 weeks have passed...But oh well. The german justice system and law enforcement are known to be slow as fuck if you are not a priority to them. I just always wonder what I would have done if I didn't have started to make the prequel or planned My New Family 2. Oh well, nothing to think about too much. If anything comes up I'll let you guys know. Until then, stay awesome!

Another week, another progress update!

Finally I have better news to share. Even though writing is kinda difficult at the moment for me, I'm making very good progress on the renders for Chapter 2 of the prequel. I think I'm already about 65% done with the renders needed, which is pretty good news since the renders usually take some time after I'm done writing. Switching over to focus more on rendering definitely helped with getting some more stuff to put in dialogues, so that is also a plus, I think. Todays render is Rei at the home of the MC, blushing. Something very interesting happened before this and it's going to be a fun event overall which will have long lasting impact on the game in general. I know I was pretty confident with releasing Chapter 2 in october and I doubt it'll work out, but I can guarantee you 1000% that Chapter 2 for the prequel will release in november.

Once Chapter 2 is out I will focus more on My New Family 2 in the hopes that by the time I'm ready with a first release there, that I can continue to work on Chapter 4 of the main game. If I still don't have my assets back by then I will use the remade charakters with some adjustments and release Chapter 4 like this because I'm getting kinda tired of seeing everything "go to shit" because of some state attorney(s) that just decide to ignore our requests. I also see and feel your frustration regarding this, and I feel like I made the wrong decision with waiting so long. Still, I want to focus on finishing Chapter 2 of My New Memories: The Beginning and then shift over to My New Family 2, since I really underestimated the demand for it. I also want to "bring back" players that have no real interest in the prequel and mainly stayed for My New Memories or My New Family 2.

So, overall I'm happy with my progress but I'm also feeling and seeing the frustration regarding the decisions I made these last 2 years. I'm really sorry for this, I still think it's the right decision to keep pondering the state attorney(s) and hope for them to finally return at least my assets, but I will eventually shift over to my backup plan and use the remade characters. Like some of you already said, there is always the option to "switch back" once I have them back. Re-rendering takes way less time if I have the scenes already set up.

Another month, another week, another progress update!

I'm still working away on Chapter 2 of the prequel and I'm making great progress. Like I said in last weeks post, Chapter 2 will release 1000% this month. I don't know when exactly but I'm more or less done with all the renders I need, after that I just have to finish some writing and then make the animations, which usually don't take long either ( at least for the moment, since I'm not going all out like I did in My New Memories ). I feel like this chapter is a good point to switch over to My New Family 2, even though you guys will most likely hate me for the ending again ( kinda like you did for the initial release ). I'm pretty unhappy with how long it took to develop this chapter ( 10 months ) so yeah...I hope the content you get will make it up for it. Theres plenty of lewd content in this chapter as well, a big stepup compared to the first one and I hope you guys will enjoy that as well! While my games will still always focus on story, I also want to include more NSFW stuff in them! Todays render is Jackie in the spa room before the MC and her go to the sauna!

Speaking of My New Family 2, once Chapter 2 is out I will finally start showing you guys the things I worked on in the back. I'm still undecided on which version of Honey Select I will use, so I will most certainly provide examples for both. I just would ask you guys to keep an open mind about things, no matter what your initial thoughts on either engine are when it comes to rendering. If you hate honey select 1 and prefer honey select 2 thats fine, and if its the other way around and you just cant get used to honey select 2, at least wait until you see what I'm doing there. Like I said, an open mind helps, you can always dislike it in the end anyway, I just wish that you don't condemn anything right from the get go. As the people nowadays say, let me cook!

Another week, another progress update!

I'm making great progress for the final release of Chapter 2. I finished two animations already and I'm still very confident that it will release this month, so no worries there! I also decided to add a bit more depth to the event you have with Jackie, who is in todays progress update render. Since Jackie is like a "best friend" for the mc, she is also someone that kinda keeps him "grounded" when he is struggling with emotions, if that makes sense. With Anna returning sooner than later and the possible option for them to get in contact before, he is questioning himself more and more what this will mean regarding his current relationships. He just recently started to get into the dating life and is still not sure how much Anna coming back will impact and change his life. So Jackie is there to give him a "harsh" reality check, showing him that no matter what, he decided to live his life as normal as he could after Anna and her family left. I feel like everyone needs someone like this in their life and this is something you'll notice once Chapter 4 of the main game releases as well, that the MC will reflect on things he remembers and that the "harsh truth" is often the best way to talk about things.

I also started to work a bit more on My New Family 2 while I was rendering and I'm honestly very happy with how I have things planned out for the first release. If I would have to give this chapter a name I'd call it Ginger overflow, since the infamous ginger trio + their new tennants will probably play the biggest role in the beginning. I figured with how the first game started ( Sandra welcoming you home ) it makes sense to do something similar again - Just that this time, there are a lot more gingers ( and I doubt anyone would complain about that ). I know that a lot of you miss Sandra, Lucy and Alice a lot, so I want to do my best to give everyone, new and returning, a warm welcome to the next chapter of My New Family. Like I said a few times by now, I was very surprised how big the demand is.

And I think thats it for now, people. I'll keep you guys posted if I hear anything back from my lawyer or if things in general change. I might start to post a few more renders this week ( lewd and non lewd ) for you guys to enjoy, the response to those has been amazing. Until then, stay awesome!

Another week, another progress update!

I made great progress for the final release of Chapter 2 again! I finished 4 out of the 5 animations and the renders are also about 80% done, I'd say, so my statement that Chapter 2 will release this month is still true! Todays render shows Sabrina , which gets the second to last event of Chapter 2, where you will have a longer and more interesting talk with her. You will talk about their future together, if they eventually move away, and how this might affect their life, since it looks like none of their friends will tag along. You have a similar talk with Bethany, but from a different perspective, and since the MC and Sabrina are so close, it's an easier thing for them to talk about. Of course there is a big unknown variable there, named Anna, and if you played the main game you already know what will happen eventually. Still, this is something that they talk about and that is of great importance to them ( the MC will also tell her what Bethany said )

Once I'm done working on Chapter 2 I will fully transition into putting all my time in My New Family 2, to get a playable release out for supporters as soon as possible. Of course I won't keep people who don't support me on any platform away from infos from the game and I will post screenshots and examples of things I'm working on even outside of my usual weekly progress updates. The renders I post every week for all members ( free or paid ) will also continue, as I want to provide updates for everyone in the community while still sticking to give people some extra benefits if they decide to support financially. So of course Betas for My New Family 2 are part of that!

And I feel like thats it for now, people. Sorry that there is not much more to talk about but I'm about to add the finishing touches on Chapter 2 of the prequel. Another month, another week, another progress update!

This one will be a little shorter, I hope that is alright

Chapter 2 of My New Memories: The Beginning has finally released and so far what I gathered from comments is that most of you enjoyed what you got to play! Todays render shows Sabrina, just a few moments before the big reveal of Chapter 2. And then that ending...I wonder who is calling MC at this time, especially after he got these very shocking news from Bethany ( I know I know, it was very predictable ).

Now that Chapter 2 is out I will transition over to My New Family 2 while also considering making scenes with the recreated models. I kinda gave myself a new deadline in terms of getting a response from my lawyer and the state attorney, so once that passes, I will start using those recreated models to finish Chapter 4. There is no real worst case scenario here, if I get my stuff back ( and I will get it back ), I will have to remake all of those scenes with the original characters, which will take time but it's not the end of the world ( it's basically just load the scene, import the old models and use the same pose the new ones used ). But I will have more feedback regarding that soon. I will also start posting previews for My New Family 2 characters I'm working on, both in Honey Select 1 ( that you see in My New Family 1 ) and Honey Select 2 ( which I'm considering using for MNF2 ). I will most likely try to find someone who can port the house I use in honey select 1 to honey select 2 and see how that will work out - But I will have more news on that once it actually happens.

And I feel like thats it for now, people. Sorry that this is a rather short progress update but with the full release of chapter 2 being yesterday, there is not that much to share yet! Another week, another progress update!

I don't have much to share sadly, since I got hit with the man flu last week and I've been basically being a little baby in bed ( if you are a man you know how it feels when you get the cold ). I was still writing some more for My New Family 2 and also for Chapter 4 of the main game, while working on some bugfixes for the prequel as well. I decided to make a render with Bethany today, the "old" Bethany from the main game, where she is at a nice looking pool with the MC. This might be something you see in a later chapter of My New Memories, where the MC and his family will go on a vacation!

I have been thinking a lot about the main game lately and while the next release will be My New Family 2, I still hope that sometime in early 2026, you guys also get to play Chapter 4 of My New Memories. Like I said a few times by now, the script is at like 70% completion already and all that will be left are the renders - Which will take time, but not as much as one might think ( especially since I will most likely upgrade to a second pc again soon ). It all depends on how things go in the following weeks where my lawyer prepared another, more serious proposal for the state attorney where a judge might get involved to look over my stuff. It all depends on how they view it in the end, but since My New Memories , My New Memories: The Beginning and My New Family are available on sites that have pretty strict rules regarding certain content, I'm confident they will come to the same conclusion. I mean, not everyone has to like what I do, but nothing is illegal in what I'm doing.

And I think thats it for now, people. Sorry for the super short progress update, I'm slowly recovering from the man flu ( I know I know, it's just a cold ), the symptoms started last wednesday so I think I'll be fully recovered on.. Another week, another progress update!

No progress update render today since I forgot to prepare one - I'm a stupid pelican after all. The good news is that I finally fully recovered from my man flu on thursday already and I have been able to work on a lot more since then. The progress update today will still be shorter, though, since I can't share most of it without spoiling some major things!

But there will be another update post coming this week where I will talk about the future of My New Memories. Don't worry, the game is not cancelled or anything, but I think I reached a point where I will make a decision that will most of you people happy - And me as well in the end, at least I hope so. It will be a longer post where I will explain why things were as they still are and what made me change how I think.

I've been steadily working on the first playable version of My New Family 2 and I'm thinking of doing the same line of work that I did for the My New Memories prequel. I will work on a playable demo that I will release for everyone ( supporters get access a little earlier ) where you can see what the game would look like in the engine I might end up using ( honey select 1 or 2 ). I will not disclose what I will end up using for this demo so you guys won't be able to be bias towards it. I know, that sounds kinda mean, but the good thing with doing it like that is if you guys blast me with "We hate these models" I can change it without losing too much time. Makes sense, right? And like I said a few times by now, I'm fine with using both.

And I feel like thats it for now, people. Christmas is just around the corner and of course I will post a Christmas themed render again once the day arrives! If I hear anything new regarding my case I'll let you guys know. Stay tuned regarding the update post I will make later this week ( most likely after Christmas ). Until then, stay awesome!

Hello there you wonderful, sexy, wholesome and very cute people!

Another week, another progress update!

This one will be on the shorter side again because I was kinda enjoying the holidays a little with friends and I hope you guys did the same with your friends and family! I was still working on My New Family 2 of course, and I know I still owe you a post explaining what my plans are regarding My New Memories ( the main game ). The TL;DR will be that I'm going to remake the models - But I will not try to recreate them 1:1. I will explain everything in detail this week, where I will tell you what my exact plans will be. Todays render is Sabrina in the living room though, shortly after Bethany dropped the nuke and the MC finished his phone call with you-know-who.

I have very big plans for 2026 and I'm sure most of them will work out. The first release of My New Family 2, Chapter 4 release of My New Memories and of course Chapter 3 of My New Memories: The Beginning are all things I'm planning to do. I think I'm reaching a point where I will be happy with working on all my games again, after I had to mentally struggle a lot in 2025, because it has been over 2 years already since all of this stuff happened to me and there is basically no progress. Sadly, this is often the case in Germany, so I'll do my best and power through it with all the support you guys are giving me. I will make another post on December 31st probably, where I will take a little about the year in general.

And I feel like thats it for now, you amazing people. I know this progress update is a little shorter again and I hope you guys understand it with the holidays and stuff. Christmas is always a special time for me ( since my Birthday was on the 24th ), and even if Christmas 2023 was the worst in my life so far ( because of all the things that happened ) it has been slowly but surely getting better again. And the biggest reason is you amazing people out there, playing my games and supporting me. I'll update you guys if anything new comes up, until then, stay awesome!

Correct he probably never got back the old assets from the cops. So he had to rebuild them for his first game once again.

We can probably thank the prologue for helping kick-start development once again.

Well, this post is going to be tough for me but I think it's finally time I make it.

As all of you are well aware, it has been almost 3 years since the last real update for My New Memories. Chapter 3 released in May 2023, and in September 2023 my stuff got taken by the police. I have been waiting for almost two and a half years to get any sign from the state attorney that the SSD that literally only contains DAZ3D render files, nothing else, should be handed over to me again, but to no avail. No reaction. And the reason is that the investigating police officer thinks some characters of my games are "questionable". No objective view or anything. No seeing that my games are still available on Steam, Itch.io etc. Nothing. Just "Nope, a render-preview that contains Lena and a render that contains Sabrina and a render that contains Olivia seems sus". Not even the render itself, a 91x91 pixel thumbnail where you can't make anything out. But I'm repeating myself. I said this a few times already.

You guys remember that I set a deadline to myself where I will remake the characters. Well, that deadline has been reached on January 1st.

I will remake every main character in My New Memories. But there is going to be something different and I'll explain it. I'm not going to try to recreate the characters I already had. No, I will make completely new characters from scratch. The only thing that those characters will have in common with the characters I so deeply love and miss so much that it physically hurts will be their hairstyle. That's it. They will look extremely different and while I will probably not like it, I also think it's the only realistic way forward. I will start the work this coming week ( January 5th ) and I don't think it will take long to remake them ( this includes Karla and the twins, by the way ). It's going to be a painful process but I will most likely also love these characters I made. You guys will see them beforehand, of course, but I'll ask you to not ask me to change anything on them. Like I said, they're not going to look like the characters you remember. At all. At the beginning of Chapter 4 there will be a warning message explaining why these characters look different.

I know I will get my rendering assets back. I know this 100%. And once I have my hands on these files, I will remake every single render I made already, even if Chapter 4 has been released already. This process will take weeks but I will do it, no matter what. Even if some of you will like these new characters more, they're not going to stay once I have my stuff back. I hope you guys understand this. I hope you guys will accept that I'm going to do that, no matter what. No matter how long it takes and how long this means an update for My New Family 2 or MNM: The Beginning has to be delayed. This is a deeply personal decision and I hope you guys can respect that.

This is all I wanted to tell you guys. This means that Chapter 4 will release sometimes this year, my guess is shortly after I published the first playable version of My New Family 2. I'm sorry you guys had to wait so long, I completely understand your frustration and the decision to stop supporting me. Two and a half years is a long ass time, I could have done this two years ago already but...No. I could not have. The most important part is that I made this decision myself, without anyone forcing me.

From the bottom of my heart I want to thank each and every person that accepted and respected my decision to wait this long. You guys are truly the most amazing community in the world and if it wasn't for you, I would not be here anymore. Thank you and I love you guys.

Hello there you wonderful and super wholesome people!

Another year, another month, another week, another progress update!

Welp, the important post blew up more than I thought and what I'm mostly reading from you guys is absolutely amazing. I was struggling very very hard these last few months if I should go this route or not but now reading that you guys support me, even though you all had to wait this long for me to finally go this way means a lot to me. Thank you for that. Of course I also respect the more critical comments and I hope that once I start to show you how the characters will look, your mind will be put at ease. Just keep in mind, ONLY the outside of the characters will look different, the hairstyles will stay and their personalities wont change at all. I'm sure it will take some time to get used to the "different" looks, but I think it's going to be easy to just keep in mind that it's going to be temporary. And who knows, if you guys end up liking these characters a lot, I might use them for a future project. I also really appreciate you guys acknowledging that this must have been torture for me and it really was. I think the only saving grace for me is that this will all be temporary, that I can continue writing the content I wanted for chapter 4, basically the chapter I wanted to release ever since the first public version. I'm very, very attached to my characters but I think I'm more attached to the story itself. It's basically the thing that fulfills my life, after all. Writing cute and wholesome stories for you people to enjoy.

Now that the holidays are fully over and we arrived in the new year, I started to gather as many new assets as I can to start to work on these characters. Working on them usually doesn't take long, I'm that kind of person who decides pretty fast if I like something or I have to again. While I work on making these new characters, I will of course also continue to work on My New Family 2, the long awaited sequel to My New Family. I think I mentioned this already but I kinda underestimated how much you guys want this sequel, so I will put extra effort and time into it to make sure that it will be the loving re-union with your favorite characters - most likely in Honey Select 2, though ( relax with the eye rolling and wait until you see what I created, haha ). I think I have some results ready to share soon and I'm confident that you guys will end up loving the girls just as much as you loved them in MNF1.

And I think thats all for now. I hope you wonderful people had a good start into 2026 and that no one is still stuck in 2025 ( I feel like that is a very German thing to say, since we always say "Guten rutsch" before new years ). If I have anything worth to share, like a first character iteration, I'll let you guys know! Until then, stay awesome!
