Another week, another progress update!
I received an email from my lawyer on friday regarding both cases that are currently running. In the one where I'm the victim/witness, nothing really happened. Other witnesses were heard but they used their right to stay quiet. The judge is apparently pretty frustrated because one of them initially said they want to confess. In the case against me the state attorney told my lawyer that he should receive an updated case file soon, so we will know where they are with their investigation right now. Once he has it I will get another appointment with him where we can dicuss everything. The 8 month mark is approaching faster than I thought...
Okay, let's talk about the games.
My initial plan was to be done with the second "day" of the prequel script already, but I feel like it was missing something crucial so I'm currently adding that. Still, it will 100% be done this week and then it's "just" the renders I will have to make. Should not take too long hopefully, I think last time it took me a week? I don't really remember. Anyway, I had an interesting idea for this event I'm currently writing, an event that will explain certain things the MC did in his past that lead to rather heavy consequences ( that thankly all are solved now ). While the MC is not a violent person, there are situations where he can't really control his temper and retaliates a little...Well, I wouldn't say extreme, but in a matter that might seem extreme to others. There is going to be a similar situation in the prequel and I think after the MC explains everything, you will know why he did those things in the main game. Not that I've seen anyone complaining or questioning him regarding that so far, but you know, it adds some character development. The lewd event of this day will actually be hilarious and very awkward, since the MC and the woman that is with him are both very inexperienced. It will be a fun little event and I think it will also help a lot once that woman will be introduced in the main game. Todays render is Lea and Sabrina at MC's home, before they grab some dinner Bethany made!
Of course I also worked a little on Chapter 4 again, mainly because I was still brainstorming about that event in the prequel. I managed to write one of the prequel girls into the main game already, even though it will just be by word and a picture. You're not going to see her in Chapter 4 but she will join the roster pretty quickly - most likely right in Chapter 5. She will just be as important as Karla, Emily and Caroline for the family, so I think it will be a fun experience once she appears in the main game - With a slightly different look, of course. I also started to work on a big event with Sarah that happens on the third day of Chapter 4. As you can imagine, there was a lot of stuff that happened between her saving the MC and the "aftermath". There is going to be an explanation for that and I plan to make this event very emotional and cute. I don't want to ruin the special moment they had so I have to be careful to not drag Sarah into a direction where she doesn't belong - especially with the MC and Anna telling each other everything and her knowing what happened between them. I think I have a good idea on what I'm going to do though, so I can't wait for you guys to give it a go yourself!
And I think thats it for now. Shorter progress update again, I guess, but I'll keep you guys posted if anything happens! Thanks again for your amazing support regarding everything that has been happening to me these last few months. Stay awesome!

Another week, another month, another progress update!
Nothing new to report regarding the case(s), sadly, only that there will be 3 more hearings in the case where I'm the victim this month ( one on the 14th, one on the 16th and then the last one should be on the 21st ). I really hope to hear something from my lawyer this week, though, regarding the updated case file in the case against me. Oh, fun fact, the main culprit that fled to thailand is continuing the framing against me on tiktok, something the german law enforcement will look into now. The fact he can keep posting on social media hopefully shows them how dumb they were to not put him in custody until the court started.
Okay, let's talk about the games.
It turns out that I needed a little longer for the second "day" of the MNM Prequel than I thought it would. Mainly because I made two events that I initially planned to happen, happen on that day. Todays render is Rei and Amelie in Rei's room at the dormitory and the event that leads up to them sitting there is actually very interesting and...Unexpected, I think. They're going to have a pretty long talk regarding certain topics you might remember from MNF ( stuff like bullying etc ). Since the MC in MNM is very different compared to the MNF one, he handles these things a little more...Direct, I guess. And like I said last week, this will explain a lot regarding the Mike situation in the main game. After they had their small talk with Amelie there ( which is not small at all ) you're going to be alone with Rei, where you two will discsuss certain things that might lead to a romance that is very similar to the one he has with Anna. It's going to be interesting to see if I can portray Rei as a true love just like I did with Anna, but I think so far I did a decent job. It's also a new experience for me to write a character that basically just met the MC with no background to becoming "true love fast". While I'm not going to rush things, I also don't want anyone to wait too long to see that romance bloom, so I have to find a good middle way. With Rei it's going to be a little harder, I think, because of the things I said above ( never met before, no background that the MCs might know of etc ). I like the "challenge" in an approach like that and I hope I can nail it! I also anticipiated that the prequel will be about the size of a regular MNM update but it will be bigger...Way bigger, I think. Not only because of the "time sink" until I get my stuff back, but
I also feel like the prequel is such an amazing opportunity to tell a lot about the backstory of the MC and his family for the main game. Theres also going to be some super funny and awkward lewdings happening in the prequel, mainly because everyone ( including the MC for the first time ) is so inexperienced. I'm telling you guys, the lewd event of the second day involving a certain ginger...That's gonna be funny and lewd as hell!
I also worked quite a bit on Chapter 4 again and when I realized how big the prequel is going to be, I thought about Chapters 4 size, which will also be very, very big. I think I said initially that I thought it might be "a little" longer than chapter 3, but now I feel like Chapter 4 is going to be like Chapter 3 and Chapter 2 combined. Not 100% sure on that, but I do plan to make it longer, not just in terms of ingame days but in general event length. This means more rendering work but I'm down for that, I just hope I can keep the dialogues funny and engaging. I finished a pretty funny event with Lena recently, who will still be a bit of a "bitch" sometimes but with certain things the MC will say will melt like warm butter. Think of her like Maddie in MNF where the MC just has to push the right buttons for her to become a princess.
And I feel like that's it for now. My mental health is going up and down again lately, mainly because my stuff has been gone for 8 months soon and the last MNM Update also was one year ago...Which basically almost ruins my mood every time when I think about it. I never wanted something like that to happen and I don't think there is a single person out there in the world who is as pissed at the whole situation and waiting as me, you can trust me on that. I do hope things will start to look better soon and that I get the right amount of compensation for the bullshit I have been through. If anything new happens I'll let you guys know immediately. I don't know what happens after that, I'm still waiting to get a message from my lawyer, but the main culprit is pretty active on social media, bragging about escaping the german justice system and relaxing in thailand while acting like he is a "true gangster". My lawyer forwarded this to the police and state attorney as well, since there was a video on tiktok where he basically doxxes me ( the video is deleted now, but we were able to save it before ). It's a pretty dynamic case and bigger than I thought, because interpol might get involved to find this piece of shit ( according to a post by the german press ). I really hope that once the sentence has been spoken, I will get the proper financial compensation and of course the case against me will finally be dropped or, at least, I get my crucial data back.
Okay, enough about that, let's talk about the games.
I was able to finish the prequel script and I have to send it to my proofreader Beege later. Now it's time to start to make the renders, which should hopefully not take too long. There are a few renders that might need some extra time posing etc, but it should not be too difficult. I added a nice cute event with Katharina and Bethany, as you can see in todays progress update render, where Katharina will tease the MC alot about what happened the day before - If you decided to go that route. It will be a pretty wholesome experience as well since Katharina might be a classical cougar, but she's also a woman that might need more than just a young man to have fun with. I think of her like a mix of Mary and Becca where she initially just wants to have fun, but then quickly progresses into someone that wants to be loved and cherished like the MC will do with his other girlfriends. This prequel beta will be like the other one, where I will make it available for $15 and higher tier supporters and then will release it for the $5 tier later on. I will make an extra post once it's ready, so you don't have to feel rushed to support if you want to play it. The next prequel beta will make a small timeskip, from "tuesday" to the weekend, where the MC will hang around with Lea, Sabrina, Bethany and Katharina at a nice pool. You can probably imagine where this might lead. Changing cabins are not that small in the game worlds after all..
I also worked some more on Chapter 4, but I have nothing reall concrete there. I hit kind of a wall emotionally because this week will be the week where the last My New Memories update have been out for a year. One year without updates hurts me more than I thought, because this never happened before. I Really hope that the prequel will provide enough content and fun to make up for this so that once I can fully work on Chapter 4 again, you guys look even more forward to it.
Thank you again for all the support over these last few months. I know it has been a long time and it might get tiring to not get better news since this stuff has happened, so I really hope that the curve will go upwards again soon. I appreciate you for staying with me in these difficult times and while this sounds kinda cliché, I really mean it. I know we will all get through this together and if it turns out that this will take even longer, I always have the alternative to recreate the characters. It will hurt a lot, but if this is the only way to continue My New Memories then I'm happy to go that route.

I guess they think that Steam and Patreon support loli content because this game is available there as well. I'm also starting to understand why Killer7 (the dev) doesn't like LC and refuses to post here now.

It is questionable behaviour, yes. At this point they might start adding virgin tag games into this section. Funny thing is this AVN doesn't have a Loli tag even on the other site but LC is generous in that regard now.
Edit: Btw what's that reasoning? why is it only safe if this game is in games+ section is there a threat if they don't do that?

I reported this topic and said that this game was available on Steam and Patreon and this game did not contain any loli lewd content or even unlewded lolis... what I quoted was the response they gave. Clearly they did not bother to look further into it or believe a word I said.
This isn't the first time this game got moved to Games+ section. So even if we get it back in the correct section, one of the mods will likely just do it again later after receiving a complaint from an idiot who didn't even play the game at all.
