I don't know up to which update you have played, so I will put the answer behind spoilers:
The MC will go to Aruba to become the CEO of NTR. For that to happen, every current lady (the 22 of them) needs to have had sex at least once and have the chance to become pregnant. When the MC returns from Aruba, the girls who were pregnant when he left will have visible 6-7 months' bellies. There will be pregnant sex with all of them while starting the romances with the last 6 girls who will arrive while the MC is out.

In the current update, the (possibly) pregnant girls are Saira, Martha, Emma, Erika, Norah, Daphne, Scarlett, Eileen, Samantha, Simone, Alexia, Maddie, and Megan,
The girls who still haven't had intercourse are Eva, Amanda, Meemaw, Kim, Kate, Debbie, Lisa, Betty, and Kiara. Of those, the only who won't have the chance to become pregnant before Aruba is Meemaw.

I think changelog power is underestimated. It tells the players (and especially the subscribers) what they're getting (and what they're paying for). So, in my opinion, the more information the better.

It also speaks to the value you place in attention to detail. If you're spending time on detailed progress updates and changelog entries, then as a newcomer looking over this thread for the first time, it's going to give me the impression that you probably also put that same effort into your writing and coding. Makes a good impression even before I click that download link.

Special Render XLII - Eileen
You know I do a Thematic Special Render series every time we are on the Subscriber Cycle.
This time I went for paying tribute to some classics of art. I won't try to copy them. I will be inspired by them. What I do is look at the original for five seconds and then try to reproduce it from memory (and changing a lot of things on purpose).
This time I bring you Eileen as Venus, from Botticelli's The Birth of Venus.

Obviously, Botticelli didn't know the Caribbean beaches and I wasn't in the mood to add angels and whatnot. I also don't know in which store he got the asset for that shell, it isn't on Daz Store!!!

Special Render XLIII - Kate - Free version​

Continuing with the Art theme for this Special Series, this time I bring you Kate as the Gioconda (Mona Lisa for those who prefer it) by Da Vinci.
I focused so much on the dress and the pose in my five observation seconds that I couldn't remember shit about the background except it was something Autumn-y.
Obviously, the chair has nothing to do with the original, but I couldn't remember any detail about it either.
