I actually got stuck in this game lol. It was before I learned renpy tricks.

Would love for someone to make a "non grind mod" where the sandbox is removed and the storyline made more streamlined so people can enjoy the story and renders without the hassle of grinding for HOURS.

I dunno, I actually find myself typically liking the games from this dev, but they weren't too great at setting up their earlier games (this one especially at the beginning) Even with their previous constant annoyance at people's reaction and assurance there were no problems, I'd find myself stuck and locked despite looking up what to do next on walkthroughs. They did get better though, and their more recent releases have way fewer issues nowdays.
I can totally understand people wanting less grind though, but from what I've seen from this dev I wouldn't expect something like that to ever be made, at least not officially.

Over the top grinding, but never seems to make any progress. Fly is supposed to regenerate after 24 hours, but 5 days later still nothing. After 1st day, then 2nd it seems like a version of Groundhog Day - the same exact thing happens every day. Nothing worthy of being called an Adult Game happens. Unnecessary sandbox to make things even more frustrating. Most locations are "nothing to do here." Julia asks every evening to go pearl diving together the next day but never given a chance for it to happen - but always comes up with Ida but never find any. Gets boring very fast.

Hah, does the developer really think that by limiting the linux version to ep. 4, he's somehow screwing us up? It took me less than 5 minutes to turn ep. 7 into a native linux version...
There's a reason there aren't many (if any) computer services for linux users - cuz we're accustomed to do everything ourselves, we don't need babysitters. Unless they're female and naked!


Edit: 2 seasons of boredom and repetitive actions until you get sick of it all. If I joined the army I'd have less repetitive actions and far less boredom. Not to mention that there was no sex on Season 1 which is the main reason it was boring AF!

Certainly by far the most buggy game from CeLaVieGroup. But at least it's the shortest. Extracting the CGs is perfectly sufficient.
