Looking for a music video from the mid to late 90's, sadly can't remember the name of the song or artist and don't remember the lyrics.
It's a unique video where it's mostly live action but the group (3 guys) are drawn in as small 4-6" characters in a simple style like the group Prozac.
The live action however was not just a normal house, it was all done in the electric colours of the 90's like in aqua - Barbie Girl video.

There was a young woman who was going around doing stuff in the house through out the song, at one point she even takes a bubble bath and if I remember the group ether jumps or falls onto the rubber duck in the bath.
Music was Pop.
Sorry that is all I remember.

ETA: No other post effects for the video besides the cartoon characters. Only time I saw the band make the video charts too.

Damn, that matches my description very close. Sadly not it.
I forgot to mention it's the only video I ever saw from them so kind of a one hit wonder, they hit the video charts but not sure if they broke top 10. Also besides the 3 characters no other special effects or animation were done.
