The MC is basically a Bollywood character living through action movie plot and character dialogue is just so ridiculous that you either absolutely love or hate it.

I am on the loving side of things just because the sex scenes are definitely worth it.

Truly a masterpiece of its kind. If you're expecting a slow build-up, then you're definitely wrong here, you're simply banging everything that's female, mother, half-sister, aunt, cousin, grandma, doesn't matter the MC in this game is actually just a cool, easy-going guy who wants to help the people around him. In doing so, however, he repeatedly gets himself into the strangest situations from which he maneuvers his way out without much effort. The overarching story is that he is supposed to become the head of an old Italian family, but the road to this is paved with pregnant women, some of whom are related to him in one way or another. I recommend simply switching off your brain and letting the whole thing sink in.
