As I repost this a fair amount, I figured I'd make it a thread that I can link to for those who need a little bit of help getting their chatting just right!

Monokumas 5 Step Program for Making Sure Your Post Isn't Low Effort!

Welcome! If you're tired of having your posts reported, or just stuck on how to interact, then these handy steps will help you! Follow these steps to ensure your posts add value to the LC community.

Step 1: Consider - Could a Bot type this?
If your post could be mistaken for something a bot might say, it's probably too low effort.

Example: "Look at the page number" or "Wow good thread"​

Step 2: Consider - Could this be a react?
If your message could be conveyed with just a reaction (like a thumbs-up emoji or a like), then it’s likely not substantial enough.

Example: "I like this picture"​

Step 3: Consider - Is this a reply? Or a brand new discussion?
Make sure you're using the right format for your message. If it's a reply, use the reply button. If you're starting a new topic, make sure to provide context.

Instead of "What does everyone think about X?" try "What does everyone think about X? Personally, I think..."​

Step 4: Consider - Could a Gif be added?
A well-placed GIF can make your post more engaging and show that you've put thought into your message.

Step 5: Consider - Learning to stop worrying and enjoy the thread.
The best way to get involved is to just start engaging! Use the "Reply" tip first to build rapport with other users and moderators. Once you're known in the community, you can post with a little more personality.

Regular users "get away" with slightly less effort because their personalities are familiar. That’s why I can just reply with a GIF and people understand my tone. But if a new user only posts a few words, others will likely judge their post more critically.​

I would think bots are better in using pictures, some people like me are just text persons. I like to lurk but every so often we need to farm some LC, then I become more active. I don't think there are many bots on this site just a lot of lazy lurkers!

I doubt the Lurkers are lazy, more like they have burned out trying to farm enough activity coins to gain access.
I'm nearing that point as well. All I do lately is attempt to be active in accordance to the rules.
How many days does it take on average to get to membership on this site? Really, I get the feeling that I'm the one being trolled here.
Like I'm a noob in the game RUST, trying to get off the spawn site and only providing entertainment for the spawn campers lurking nearby.

I don't have the luxury of spending multiple 8hr days trying to creatively avoid spamming, shitposting or starting duplicate posts in order to "pay my dues".
Yes, I know, I'm spewing a wall of text nobody will read. I've also probably violated a few site rules as well about Positivity.
If you made grinding activity points into a sandbox game, it would be the most unrewarding, and boring game ever divised.
I came here because I was told there are tools and resources available for learning how to be a Developer. My time aparently would be better spent watching YouTube.

Getting required number of coins without spamming lurker's thread isn't easy but possible, I got mine members+ avoiding that thread. Check the forum for threads where you can share your opinion, for example preferred game engine, your favorite games, recommendation thread, you can give some warm welcome to new people that make an introduction, you can share your favorite genres, well, you can do almost anything.

Another thing is you should put your coins in the bank, so you can collect interest daily. You are already halfway there, utilizing bank and advice I just gave you will net you members+ in no time.

I've so far done as you suggested, I've spent many hours seeking out and commenting on post outside the Lurker forum. What I have not managed to find is this rumored Bank. I read about it in a lot of posts, but the actual location of this Bank and where to setup deposits is not very clear, unless I'm Blind as a Bat.

How long does it take you to make 10 posts? You only need to make 10 posts to have enough coins for M+, here is an example https://lewdcorner.com/threads/anti-social-lurker-hideout-spot.12155/post-770614 that single post made me 7 coins for the post + 72 coins in reactions = 79 coins. 79 coins x 10 posts = 790 coins, if you make 1 posts every 3 minutes it will take roughly 30 minutes or in the worst case scenario 60 minutes.

I was holding some unreasonable expectations and hit a reality wall.
It can take me almost 2hrs of deep diving to find a topic I felt I could comment on, and I've already used up all my leads.
To me posting 2-3 times in a thread starts to look like spam.
