I'd probably make almost all of the freeroaming/sandbox games into a linear VN.
Very few of them really works like this, most are just a bad idea that the dev couldn't execute, and just made the game needlessly more convoluted.

I would change almost all (way to large) breasts to smaller ones. And the schlungs too.

Ability to realtime adjust the models in DAZ VNs.
I.e. an age slider that can instantly increase or decrease ages of each model. Apply or remove pubic hair. Alter the hairstyle or remove piercings, tats, etc.

I know it's not how either software works, but damn some of the games I've adored would be utterly perfect with just a few minor tweaks like that.

Already beat me to it.

In that case, how about... more interactive sex scenes. Occasionally there is the change perspective, faster/slower, change position buttons, but something more, would be nice, like Deviant Anomalies where you actually had to work for it, in some cases (although this example is the other side of the extreme).

I'd prefer a skip button for sex scenes, manually skipping them shows it just faster and i dont want to see stuff i'm not into or even grossed out. Be it the annoying rubberdick crap in female protagonist games or the disgusting anal crap every male protagonist game has.

If it were to "magically" be done, sure, but I don't like when devs spent time and resources rendering different takes on the same scene, since I play mostly for plot/context, which for me is hotter than just seeing the deed. Hahaha

I only like these kind of variations on real time games, like ILLUSION's games. On these it's very nice having control of the camera and such.

I want to see LMB+RMB always take away all the HUD so I can see the scene with no distractions. Most games are already like this but the few that don't are quite annoying. Other then that some good editing would make everything so much better for all of us.

Absolutely agree, especially when it's the same damn animation and only the playback speed increases.

Also @leomgr69 gave me an idea for even better one. Might be a controversial one, but all games should have Ren'Py's creature comforts. Right click to open menu, save anytime anywhere, skip transitions, add a pinch of URM, etc. and holy cow so many games would become much more tolerable.

Yeah, Ren'Py's QoL features are very good. I get it that this engine is limited for many things, but it make me dumbfounded when people uses Unity or ohter engine to make regular visual novels just like Ren'Py is know for, but without this functions...
