It does a little. The thing that most annoys me is the lack of diversity in body types and face shapes.

A few pear-shaped middle-aged women would actually be a boon at this point. Give her big breasts and a large butt, sure, but also fill her out on the sides and front, and plump up her face a bit. Make her actually look like a housewife who's spent the last decade or two caring for her children. For whatever reason, probably down to its sheer ubiquity, seeing a supposedly forty-year-old woman with a perfect hourglass figure, a flat stomach and a jaw cut from diamond irks me.

A good example of the body type that I think could work for a woman of middle age would be the shape Inko from MHA is often given in porn. She's usually portrayed as she is in the manga/anime, with just a little more in the curves department. It looks great and works wonders to set her apart from practically every other woman you'll find on image/hentai sites. Surely something like that isn't impossible to implement in 3D, especially if you go for a more stylized look. It'll take some doing, yes, but I think the uniqueness of such a design would be well worth it in making your game recognisable.

Why do so many people want all these games just like Real Life? If that were the case, I wouldn't play. The Moms in my real life are nowhere near Milfs.
So what if a Mom in this game is Hot and had children when she was 15, and kept in shape and is 30 years old. Even better if the Milf has an attraction to the rest of the family, or can be convinced of it, some how. Daughters, did I mention her daughters?

It doesn't bother me too much, as I treat it as part of the body image issue that plagues all media. If you just looked at most of the world's print and digital images you can easily be forgiven for thinking that most men work out to some extent and spend a great deal of time on body care. And for women it is even worse...You will rarely see the overweight, the injured, or the elderly (except in politics where they can't get away with it) in the media. And definatly not portrayed in a positive light that holds them up as positive role model for their natural body.

if you look at "nature" people in Borneo and such, you will find that they are surprisingly fit despite a lifestyle that looks sedentary.

Men are lean and muscular and slouch around until their women complain about the lack of meat, upon which the men go on hunting parties for days and may return with a prized 300 lb boar on their shoulders. Women too look wholesome. I find it terrible, but I see they have breedable shapes. They spend the days puttering around the village, collecting vegetables, tending to babies. Children roam around doing whatever they please, usually under very lenient supervision compared to western standards.

If that is the blueprint for Homo Sapiens, then I would say that it is most people in the developed world that stray from the template. Probably because of the overabundance of refined sugars and too may calories. i have seen my generation deteriorate around me, whereas I have always frequented gyms myself in a moderate manner.

Well there's not that much of an age qualification to being a mother and doubly so for looking old.
In my opinion the most important aspect of a MILF other than actually being a mother is maturity, without that they're just a sparkling breeder.
Otherwise the MILF is context dependant, if they're insuficiently distinct from other characters then they can't really fill the role well.
Obviously the MILF lovers are looking for something slightly more particular than my over-broad definition but I guess the MILF marketplace will decide what sinks or swims in the end.

A Milf can essentially be young woman if she's 18 and a mom she a milf, now ideally I prefer milfs to be older and look like Selma Hyak but hey that's just me.
