Usually I only play VN, because sandboxes are mostly uninspired time sinks (for me). Faerin is one of the few devs where I play his sandboxes, because they are at least mildly interesting...and his Art his pretty amazing!!! Would love to have ren'py VN versions of his games, but well... can't have it all, I guess

Very underrated game imo, the story makes sense and the sandbox style is not as tedious as it can be in most sandbox games

I might be having a bit of a mandela effect, but I swore in the initial demo that the girls referred to him as a brother not a bodyguard. I know in the past its taken a mod to get the thinly veiled incest back from behind the curtain, but seems like there isn't a mod or switch for this game yet? Not sure if I imagined the brother thing or if it was changed in an update over the past year or so

I believe the relations were changed with the latest update. We will have to wait for a patch
