I think a lot of game devs and pornographic artists in general miss the point of why we play these games that would ordinarily be in the Sinner section. It would be unethical/illegal to pursue the real thing of course, so give us some animation instead. But to avoid certain complications, they will have the 'shota' be an "adult" and deliberately make appendages outrageously oversized.
