It's always a bit of a turn off for me in 3d animated games, with normal humans, when the mc just randomly has a 15 inch dick. I don't know... it's kinda immersion breaking, same as with planet size tits... If it's that much bigger than what you can find in porn it gives uncanny valley feelings.

For 2D games or non humans anything goes though, but then I see it as mostly funny.

part of the issue is that larger members are easier to animate, with smaller members you gotta get clever with camera angles and character positioning to show penetration
