You could release 2 versions of the game (one with the original animations and one with the enhanced animations) if this is a major problem for a lot of users. Or anyone who comes along making compressed versions is likely to smash those animations down somehow.Oof. So an amazing trick I figured out a while back is to use this program called flowframes to increase the frame rate of animated loops. Basically instead of rending 24 frames per second, I can render 8 FPS then use the AI to fill in the gaps to make it 24 FPS, cutting rendering time down by 60%. I also use it to increase the speed of some loops which also increases the frame rate quite a bit. Some of those loops in Mal are around 60 FPS, and at 1440p it's probably making your computer shit a brick. Sorry, dude.
