Complete huh...that was fast as the last update didn't feel anywhere near close to being finished.

It's not because Steam doesn't allow Early Access for adult games anymore is it?

Cause now we'll see all updates released as DLC in episode format.

That's not the reason. Dev got bored and wants to start something different. And he isn't even sure, if he wants to return to MTP. Reason for that: he doesn't know, where he might stand in a year or two, much less in 4.

Not rushed as there is plenty of content but many plots feel unfinished.

Guess it makes sense given the developer lost all interest.

I feel like that is always a big issue with developers, they seem to lose interest in making the games and rush the ending. Or that's how I view it.
