There was also a game I played about two or three years ago that I can't remember the name to find it again, the MC was a detective and discover to have some powers, if I remember well also had a small goblin as a LI. That one had a good looking orc

Sort of a Shadowrun-esque setting? Modern day + fantasy creatures? I think I know the game you're talking about, though I can't remember the name. Unfortunately I think it was abandoned.

Queens Brothel has one but it appears pretty late in the game. The game is good, orcs or not orcs.

Found it, it's detective necro and it was abandoned, apparently because of a ntr fanatic that was trying to blackmail the developer and his family
