Looking for avns with identical twins/sisters that look very similar. the most ideal game would have red headed twins that have ffm or ff scenes the most scenes the better

The Headmaster has identical redheaded twins, though no full FFM scene yet.

Thirty Days has two very similar sisters (can't remember if they're twins or not), closer to auburn-haired.

Family Faring has a pair of twins (can't remember hair color) eager to get into activities they probably shouldn't at their age.

The Sunset Fairies has the main character's redheaded twin nieces, but the game itself is in my opinion petty lousy.

The Daddy Plan's protagonist has a pair of twins among his daughters.

Hot Sand of Antarctica has the main character's redheaded twin daughters/stepdaughters, but it's apparently abandoned now.

Radiant centers on the main characters triplet daughters (one blonde, one brunette, one redhead; don't ask me about genetics). No FFM yet but it'll probably get there in a decade or so.
