It's been 10-15 years since I've played it so I know it's a long shot. It was an RPG maker type game. I don't remember much of the plat, but the combat system was based on stripping and them having sex with the enemy. You traveled the open world leveling up, getting gear, and fighting girls. There was a final boss and after you beat her it was pretty much am open world free for all.

Hmm, that sounds kinda familiar. Do you remember anything more about the themes and graphics?

The two games that come to mind are:

Pokkaloh's Titsnicle. The final version of Titsnicle released in 2021, but I remember playing an old build many years before that, maybe around 2016. It was an old school RPG about fighting monster girls, with gear collecting. It's been a long time since I last played, but I think there was stripping and equipment destruction, too.

indivi's Lust Doll. A classic post-apocalyptic, furry open-world RPG. The first build I remember released in 2015, but it had already been in development for a few years at that point. Certain enemies could be stripped in combat, through the tease system, or as part of victory sex. Kinda reminscent of other lewd text-based games of that era, like Wahn's Flexible Survival, Fenoxo's Corruption of the Champions, and Xadera's Nimin.

I can think of a few other games that fit the description, in terms of being an open world RPG with stripping as part of combat, but they're all too recent:

Majalis' Tales of Androgyny (2017), Syvaron's Portals of Phereon (2018), DarkMaster13's One Last Hunt (2018), Knifecat's Altered Keep (2018), VentureSwitch's VentureSeas (2019), introspurt's Crimson Keep (2020), Plague Studios' Tamer (2020), Tiny Devil Studios' Monster Girl Hunt (2020), Hyperbeamart's Lewd Sprites (2021), etc.

In terms of older games, I can't think of much that fits the bill, but I suspect I'm overlooking some old RPGMaker entries. There was SP3KTR3-X's Pussymon series for flash, but it was pretty janky and I can't remember much about the combat. Looking through old sites like Fenoxo's forums and the legendofkrystal boards might turn up some leads, since they pre-date the pirate sites and include a lot of older RPGs that never got indexed on 95.

P.S. MGQ is "Monster Girl Quest", an old series of Japanese eroge games. Haven't played them personally, but they were big in the 2010s and still well liked.

Can you tell us more about the gameplay? Is it turn-based, do you have party-members? You remember how the characters were?

Also, I'm pretty sure It's not Monster Girl Quest, the first one is pretty much a visual novel with battles, a somewhat linear game, you don't even fight by "stripping and them having sex with the enemy", you are actively trying to avoid sex in that game. In MGQ Paradox, that's another story, but there is no stripping, a sexual/lewd attack in that game is pretty much just a regular attack that deals pleasure damage.

Graphics wise I remember the overworld was straight out of RPG Maker graphics; nothing special added. I can't remember how detailed the scene graphics were, but I do think there were some cat girl type enemies. Combat was turn based. You could choose which part of the girls to attack in order to strip them. World movement was free roam, with bosses blocking advancement to areas.

I haven't played it yet, but according to the 95 page, it has part-based targeting, turn-based combat, and stripping. It's an RPGMaker game, and it's at least as old as 2016. This seems like it might be it?

It's a decent snapshot of what was available a decade ago, at least in terms of free stuff by amateur western devs, though definitely not comprehensive. It's missing paid games (which at the time were mostly by professional Japanese or Korean devs, obviously, since this was before Patreon got really big) and certain fetishy games. A lot of lewd pre-2010 RPGs (pre-RPGMakerXP, so RPGMaker2000 or RPGMaker2003) are missing too. Those would be even trickier to track down now.

Some of the RPGs from mrttao's list can be found here on LC, or on 95, either in their original form or as remakes/sequels. A few have been quite successful and are still in development (like The Last Sovereign). Others have faded into obscurity, never made it to any of the pirate sites, and are probably lost media now.

I briefly checked the oldest uploaded RPGs both here on LC and on the 95 site, but couldn't find any obvious matches:
