Welcome. It's not too bad of a grind if you can consistently post for a few weeks, or more frequently. Just make sure you follow the rules and wait at least 3 minutes before posts. I normally spend the 3 minutes searching for other topics and writing a reply. Being active also helps with getting reactions which increase the speed you can get LC. Especially if you are in the more popular topics.

Don't forget to visit the bank, it gives 2% interest per day, makes up for the days I don't post.

They probably used the bank function a lot considering their joined date.

Edit: And all of you new folks.. Use the bank for sure. Every day redeem your interest and dump your coins in there.

But go to the bank page.

You must be registered to see attachments

Then you can deposit you coins in there, every 24 hour, a "Collect interest" button appears, click it and you get 2% of what's in there.
Everytime you deposit the timer resets the 24 hours, so it's best first to collect then deposit.
Or deposit, then witdraw the amount you need.

It's also not very difficult to get LC. Just takes some participation. I've gotten 500 in under 24 hours. Just make sure to follow the guides and actually participate in topics while following the rules. Participating in active topics like The Anti Social Hidout Spot can also get you reactions which help get LC.

The keys in my experience are
1. don't break rules like no spamming, and ensure your posts are on topic for the thread, don't double post (posting back to back for no reason, combine replies in 1 message) - people here aren't stupid, they know why you are doing it and either will get you in trouble, or will avoid reacting to your post because its not allowed.
2. When possible participate in active discussions (more VIPs with no reaction cooldown, and more people watching the threads)
3. Post no more than every 3 minutes - there is a cooldown - so I normally search the forums for other places I can reply, and then when the 3 minutes ends I post 1 of the other replies I've written.
4. I see limited use in creating new topics, just reply to current ones, it's only 2 extra LC, but it may be worth it if people engage in the topic.

Edit: In the time it took me to write this I gained 25 LC from other posts and reactions. If you put effort in the grind isn't too bad.
