After reading through the thread on the other page I have to say no to the game.
1st killing off the first LI in the game (maybe fake death).
2nd have 6 or 7 LIs but no harem.
3rd let Patreons decide if he adds NTR.
4th the game already gets a remake/rewrite.

I read the above post about 7 LIs but no harem. Does that mean that we have to choose which of the 7 we get? I'd like a story with at LEAST 3-4 girls in my harem. Especially if it's an 'Apocalypse/New World/Mutant Abilities' type of situation. We're here to fuck some pixels, lol.
Also, with the title, I was expecting the Loli and Incest tags. I'm very disappointed. I can still imagine some 'step-sister' content with a character. But a "18yo teen that looks 12-13" would be a super welcome addition. At least a slender waif with tiny tits and nearly no pubic hair. I've even seen 28yo like that. (Think Sinderella)
I like the concept. Once it gets further developed and more sex scenes, I'll try it out.
