It's showing fine on my laptop. On Firefox I can press CTRL- to zoom out (and use another setting to decrease text size). But you're right - you should not need to do anything - the window should resize automatically to accommodate the text and buttons.

I'm able to reproduce this in Firefox using a combination of repeatedly pressing CTRL+ and toggling Zoom text only.
