I don't understand neither the reason nor the purpose behind the creation of this thread; perhaps you could explain it to me in more detail.

If you're having trouble with the site, there are dedicated threads where you can either ask for help or report issues.

This can certainly be interpreted in two ways:
On the one hand, to prevent such threads from being created in the first place, and on the other hand, to get rid of them if the Call for action was either misunderstood or deliberately ignored.
