It's .rar archive, any chance you are trying to extract it with 7z?

Edit: extracted it again with WinRAR and did not have any issues.

What Mirror did you use that gave you the error?
have you already Tried to redownload the file? it might have gotten corrupted in the download process.

also, make sure your disk has enough Space, and that no installed/pre-installed AV interferes with the Process.

You were correct, I must have been using 7z. I installed WinRAR and that fixed the issue.
