Overview:
Bound for the Starship Aurora in orbit around your dying world, you meet two Nekos who accidentally travel through an experimental wormhole to join you.

The earth has become a desolate and brutally cold place. All of the human race has died off. But you were saved because of your father, a scientist and inventor who designed the base you live in and helped you on the path to getting off the planet and aboard the waiting starship Aurora. Beyond that, the universe holds many adventures, dangers, and new worlds to discover. Your first mission... Getting these Nekos back to Pantheria. But on arrival, you find yourself being forced to fight another very familiar and very powerful Neko.​

A little surprise to end this weekend. I decided to re-release episode 3 with the following updates:

• New intro video (N2TheFire Games logo)
• Improved Menu Screen animation
• Fixed missing images in episode 1 when they are in the space station heading to the Aurora
• Added episode start images for episodes 2 and 3 (both animated)
• Changed ending of episode 3 (removed the 'Lili' stuff)

I also corrected a few more misspellings/grammar issues. You'll of course need to start a new game to see the changes (unless you have a save before or around the time of the rocket launch from earth in episode 1). If you start a new game, you can skip ahead until you see the rocket launch stuff.
The scene with Lili moving over to Last Human has been removed. After hearing feedback (and thinking about it myself), it didn't make sense to move her at this time. In fact, I think she will remain a permanent Serenity side character. As much as I wanted to reduce the number of characters in Serenity, some of you felt like she was where she belonged. Plus, she has shown love for MC, and he in return. Besides, Lili still has a major role to play in Serenity chapter 2 going into the 'endgame' scenes. She will join Rin, Lena, Jasmine, Morgan, Trixy, and Kat in the harem and become a main love interest. So, yeah... in my effort to reduce the number of love interests, I did that only to end up adding one, haha!
As for Last Human, episode 3 now ends in a way that will match with the main plot that continues in episode 4 (currently in development). Please enjoy... Love you all, ...Fire

Last Human is a story I started to write quite a few years ago. I started this project some time ago with another dev (Nope), but never got it off the ground. I took over the project, scrapped everything we had done and began again. My vision is simple: a science fiction fantasy with Nekos and some lewd fun mixed in with the usual comedy, romance, drama, and fun. This is not just a 'fuck' game; this is a series; a story (with some sex thrown in). The love interests will be a 'harem' and also your crew aboard the Aurora. Think "Star Trek" for adults.

The series will run as long as I have (or am able to write) content for it. It will run in 'seasons' with 'episodes' - each season will be its own downloadable game. Currently in development is season 1, episode 1. I want to keep it simple and hopefully keep the downloads small.

Hello everyone! Yep, this devlog is late. I wanted to post it on Friday as usual, but I got sick and spent most of the weekend down. I kept up with Discord on my phone from my bed. But the good news is that in the wake of my shitty weekend, I did finish writing episode 4! And I'm very happy with it. Now it's on to graphics. Of course, this will take a while too. I have a few new scenes to build. But it won't be too bad as I've managed to find some great assets and scenery to import and use. Thanks to Fouetty for all his mod work! I will have some great looking scenes that will work very well with what I've written for this episode.

I guess now is a good time to give you a sense of what to expect from episode 4. This one could be called "the sex episode" because it has quite a lot of it actually. What's funny is that I didn't intend for it to be that way. But during writing, I saw opportunities and took advantage of them. This is a porn VN after all. So why not? Also, I wanted to have some fun stuff before episode 5 and 6 where we'll run into Acladean rebels again. This time they'll be much stronger than that first encounter. But let's not get too far ahead.

Episode 4 is focused on Dezzy, Kalina, and the mystery of the Teldarians who once lived on Teldarr. There is a lot of fun stuff this episode is setting us up for, so if it feels like a lot happening... it's because there is.

Finally, I also reworked the menu animation and also added the N2TheFire Games logo video at the beginning. Look at me, all growing up and stuff! LOL... Anyway, I am hoping the new additions won't be too hard on android users. I kept the videos in my normal format so they should still play on android devices just fine. On my test build locally on my PC, it is flawless and smooth.

Last Human: Episode 5 (Devlog 5)

Hey everyone! Yes I'm sorry, it's been a rather long quiet spell from me since my last post. I've had a lot of rather odd things come up on me at once, so I have been pretty busy.

- First, let me get this out of the way... Many of my followers recommended I try this kinetic AVN, Cosy Cafe. I rarely play these things during development time, but I needed to take a break to clear my head. So, I did and wow, what a great game! Cosy Cafe has you taking on the role of a young man who is trying to reopen his grandfather's old cafe. Sounds like your 'run-of-the-mill' visual novel, right? Well, not really. Along the way, you meet various girls who you end up bringing on to help run the place. Each girl has a very well written and developed character. In fact, the character development here is so spot on that after a while, you could recognize who is talking if you couldn't see the name or image. Each character also has some backstory, including the MC himself, which the story revolves around. His family history comes into play here as he learns that he is the rightful head of one of several families who basically have run the town for many years. This story has everything... bad guys, good guys, happy times, sad times, funny times, and of course, sexy times. Spankings and buttplugs are here as well. Although not really my thing, it's well done. Anyway, I highly recommend giving it a try. It took me a couple of days to get through the large amount of content already here, so should keep you busy for a while!

Alright, now on to my own game, Last Human. Although I had a bit of a slow-down since my last devlog, I am not behind. I think I had pushed and done so much, I just had to stop for a bit and focus on some other things I had going on with family, my house, and my full time job. But I am right back on track with about 30% of the renders completed for episode 5. One of the things that came up during the last few weeks was I noticed an issue with the story in 2 of my scenes and needed to sort of rewrite that. Mostly just some minor continuity issues. But that is resolved now also. Today, I'll be rendering those scenes along with a couple more animations. If all goes well, I may actually post some release dates before the end of this month.

You may see a new menu choice with this update, which will end up being the episode chooser at some point. I want to implement this for Last Human for sure because I think it would be cool if you could just go replay a favorite episode again without having to create saves manually. I am not devoting a lot of time to this right now, just prepping the area a bit, if you will. Trying to visualize it. We'll be up to 5 episodes with this update, and I have 9 planned before I start on season 2 (which will be a separate game to minimize the size).

Speaking of season 2 (yes, that answers so many of you who have asked - there will be a season 2 of Last Human) - once this first season of LH is completed, before work begins on season 2, I will probably knock out some smaller side-games that I need to get out of my system. Camilla being one of those. I also have another project called Viral Affair which I may try to work on as well. VA is a really good story I think, nothing like it out there so it will be a fresh new idea, and I think the AVN world needs more new ideas. As for Serenity, we're getting down to the last few episodes of chapter 2, then I will set that aside for a while to focus on everything else. But... Serenity fans don't panic. I have come up with a fresh new idea for a new chapter to follow it up. I am really excited about this idea, it may be one of my best yet. And I am SO tempted to spoil the surprise but I'm going to hold it in! We're a long way from that of course, but I'll give you the title I came up with so that you can ponder that until the time comes LOL - Serenity: The Legacy.

A very good novel with good renders and a nice story. I would have designed the nekos more petite, but that is a matter of personal liking.
The start is completely about the story. It takes a while before the first lewd scene. And it contains not many choices. Being someone caring about story most, it is perfect for me, but maybe not for all. I can highly recommend not to skip the story.
