Here's my first week walkthrough. It was written for a slightly previous build but I believe everything is still accurate. If anything is wrong please feel free to berate me and I'll correct it ^_^;;

0.50.3 Walkthrough take two: The First Week
I wrote a guide of sorts earlier which defines a lot of the terms used in the game and loosely advises on early play in a stream-of-consciousness style of writing, aka a complete mess. I'll quote it here in spoilers (edit: it's actually just above in this thread) so you have easy access to those definitions and can smirk at my first attempt. I've made much more effort with this one, and will be doing a complete (as much as I can for a game with so much RNG) walkthrough of the first week of play. I'll be sorting them by day and turn, and enclosing them all neatly in spoiler tags so you're not intimidated by a yuuuge wall of text this time
And that's your first week! With Vren RNG no walkthrough can be perfect but this is the routine I've adopted and it's been pretty reliable. Tell me how it works out for you. I may be able to improve it, and am in fact always tweaking it with new ideas. I... I may play this game too much.

I still advise beginning with 1 Charisma, 4 Foreplay, 1 Oral, and 4 Vaginal. I've been testing with 4 Production & Supply, but I'm beginning to suspect some Marketing skill might be beneficial. Do as you like, but remember that you'll be shit at anything you have zero skill.
Open in the bedroom after the tutorial intro. Click Goal Information on the left. If the goal under Sex Skills isn't Plenty of Fish, reroll to try and get it. This can be savescummed by quicksaving before rerolling, but not (and never) necessary. I tested this walkthrough by not savescumming anything except hiring to see if it would still work. It might get hairy, but it's possible.
Go to the Lobby at work, your only possible destination. Once you can interact with Steph, click Set Her Work Duties and add Heavy Workload. If you have the Plenty of Fish goal, Small Talk until you can Flirt, Flirt once, turn in your goal for Stamina, then Small Talk the rest of your energy away. If no Plenty of Fish, just Small Talk until 18-20 Love. You're going to be grinding Love up to 18-20 with Small Talk, then Flirting her up to 20 Sluttiness. I call this the affection grind.
Move to R&D to continue the tutorial. After the intro to Clarity and the masturbation scene, save on the second visit to the research screen before choosing anything and finishing in R&D. Move on to Production, Main Office, and then stop after the tutorial ends in Marketing.

You're in Marketing after the tutorial. Click Sell Serum, then New Contracts. DO NOT accept them, but note the aspect requirements and flaw/attention limits. Reload your save from the research screen, and pick a trait that fits the criteria. If no single trait would fill a contract, choose one that would contribute to a contract. Run through the rest of the tutorial again (I like to "set the amount of supply" in Main Office to 1000 while I'm there) and finish it again in Marketing.
Still Morning. Visit Steph in R&D to grind affection, then go Downtown and Wander the Streets. If a woman drops her wallet, keep the $200.

Visit Steph in R&D to grind affection, then Invite her on a Lunch Date. Choose a topic she enjoys for +10 Love. She'll give you her phone number at the end of the date if her Love is over 30, as will any other woman in the game.
Grind affection with Steph until you max her Sluttiness at 20, then move on to the same grind with Jennifer, aka Mom in the Kitchen at home. End the turn by wandering Downtown. "Keep Exploring" when prompted. Nothing special happens inside and you can return whenever you want. Turn down any prostitutes. Keep wallets.
Your first trait's research might be finished. If it is, choose something from the middle column to research Mastery, which I'll go into more detail about later. Grind affection on Mom, peek in on Lily to trigger any queued events. If you get the Sleep Creeping event, molest them if you can (unlikely yet) but DO NOT jerk off while doing so (yet). Sleep.
Reroll Sex Goal if it isn't Plenty of Fish. Also acceptable are Good Girls Swallow, New Frontiers, Tongue Twister (if 1) or Spread Your Seed (if 1). Peek in on Lily and grind affection with Jennifer before going to work. Again, if you get Sleep Creeper don't jerk off. Go to R&D and Create a New Serum Design with the trait you've researched. Or if you want to wait on that, Organize Business in the Main Office.
Flirt if you have Plenty of Fish or if Steph is still below 20 Sluttiness. If she's already there and you have close to max energy, go to the location to the left of Downtown on the map. This is Mom's workplace. Approach the receptionist and ask for Mom. Small Talk or Flirt (whichever step of the affection grind you're on with her) only once, then end the turn hunting wallets Downtown.
If you're close to full energy, ask for Mom for one affection grind action, then ask Steph out on a Lunch date. Again, choose a topic she enjoys for +10 Love
Ask Steph out to the movies. The date will be set the next Tuesday night, which is tonight so that's why we've been conserving our energy all day. Affection grind one action on Mom in the Kitchen if you're close to full energy, peek in on Lily, then hunt wallets Downtown. The date will fire after wandering.
Don't stand Steph up, obviously. Choose Action Movie, and visit the concession stand. You won't have anything to dose her with but that's okay. After the movie, unless you had terrible luck with Small Talks and she wasn't above 50 Love by the end of the movie (happened in one of my tests) or she's gotten married in one day and hates cheating (unlikely but Vren RNG mirite?) she'll invite you home. Kiss her when prompted, then do whatever will make YOU cum (and your MC too :3) even if she's left hanging. She'll get over it. She'll usually be happy to Blowjob right after the kiss, or even may be willing to fuck missionary raw. Make sure you remove (not move aside) panties/pants before changing position after the kiss. If she's good fucking raw, do it. Steph usually does not enjoy being submissive so if she asks you to slow down, do so. If you're fucking and she wants to "spice it up", transition to piledriver only if you'll have the energy to cum. Otherwise just stay in missionary. Choose inside when you cum for the 2.0x multiplier even if she says to pull out. She'll get over it. Once you cum, stop and leave and the day will end. You should now have several hundred free Clarity even if you went with Blowjob. If by some chance she doesn't invite you home after the movie, just Flirt with her at work the next day and usually get her to blow you (not usually fuck yet) there.
Creating serums involves researching the trait(s) you wish to add, then designing a serum in R&D, and then researching that, visible in the right column in Assign Research Traits in R&D. Traits all have a side effect chance, visible on the trait's entry in Assign Research Project. When a serum design's research is completed, Steph will call you (or get your attention if you're in the room already) and tell you it's done. Choose stockpile. A notification will also appear in the log on the bottom right telling you of any side effects (aka flaws) the serum gained. There is also an event that can fire during researching a design that will add an additional trait along with a side effect. Side effects rolled may be savescummed if you save on the turn prior to completion of research, or at the very beginning of the bonus trait event. If a serum design has any side effects it will likely have a Flaw value. Contracts will have a limit on the Flaw value they allow, so if your design exceeds that limit you may want to reroll the side effects to get a less severe one or none at all if you're lucky or patient enough w/ reloading. You may lower a trait's side effect chance by raising its Mastery Level. This can be done slowly by choosing it from the middle column of researched traits in Assign Research Project, or quickly by dosing a woman with a serum featuring that trait and then using Small Talk, Compliment Her (not her work) or Flirt With Her. Each of those social actions will raise Mastery of every trait she's dosed with by 20%, requiring only five actions (75 energy) to raise them all by a level. This can be doubled (or more) by giving her multiple serums.
Once you have a serum design, you begin producing it by clicking Set Production Settings in the Production department. Click one of the Production Lines, then choose a serum design. While hovering your pointer over a design, note the value next to Production Cost. This is the amount of Production Points you need to accumulate before a batch is finished. By default a batch is 5 serums, but can be increased with the Batch Size Improvement serum business policies in the Main Office. I usually buy the first one before beginning my first serum, but that can be risky for new players or if you have bad luck. While in the Production Settings, also note the Max Serum Tier at the top left. A serum's tier is the highest tier of its included traits. To upgrade your Production Tier, buy the appropriately named serum business policy in the Main Office. These come with additional daily operation costs, so beware rushing research tier advancements with Steph. Once you unlock a tier, all future contracts will be rolled at that tier, making their requirements higher.
The final requirements are supplies, generated by workers in that department, and production points. Production points are generated by anyone working in that department and are limited by available supplies so balance them and work whichever department is lower yourself if you want to help. Remember, if you assign one of your production employees a duty like Heavy Workload or Bend Safety Rules you need to compensate with more supplies.

Reroll Sex Goals if you don't have Plenty of Fish or another goal you believe you can do with Steph. New Frontiers is still a very good one to get. Peek in on Lily, then grind affection with Mom if she's still below 18 Sluttiness. BTW, I'm saying 18 instead of 20 because Mom has a low-sluttiness (below 20, including arousal bonus) bills scene on Saturday that you're unlikely to ever see after this first week. If you want to skip that scene, take her all the way to 20 sluttiness. If you reach 15 Sluttiness with Mom don't "Talk to someone" with her again or her Promotion event will begin. We want to save that for Thursday morning. You can still ask for her at work and Flirt her the rest of the way up during Morning and Afternoon turns but don't talk to her again after "say goodbye"
Go to the Main Office. It's time to begin hiring. Choose "Hire Someone New" and I like to quicksave when prompted to confirm paying the cost ($50 unless you bought a hiring filter policy, silly) so I can savescum for a moderately attractive girl with more likes/loves than dislikes/hates, over 30 in their Expected Production entry for the department I'm hiring for (or over 150 in Marketing), and 2-3 Work Experience Level. I usually begin hiring 1 Supply, 1 Production, another Supply, another Production, then 1 Marketing on week 2 after buying the business policy to increase employee count. If your first serum design isn't finished researching yet, assign them to R&D, then move them to their intended department when you begin production. Make certain you hire more cumulative Expected Production in Supply than in Production, the department. If your hires have work experience level 2 or 3, add the duties Extra Paperwork and Mandatory Breaks, in that order. If you choose not to hire anyone yet, Organize Business in the Main Office.

Visit Steph and any new employee and Compliment Her Work. With Steph, also Set Her Work Duties, select Heavy Workload and click remove, then Return. That will flag it for removal at on the next turn. Ask for Mom at her office and grind affection. End turn hunting wallets Downtown.
BTW, now that Steph is at or over 20 Sluttiness, just "Talk to" her every turn at work to potentially catch her jilling off. This is true of any employee, and the sluttiness threshold lowers if they have a positive opinion of masturbating. Ask for Mom at work to grind affection, then take her to Lunch for another +10 Love.
Mom should be over 15 sluttiness by now so don't talk to her when you peek in the kitchen for potential apron scenes. Instead visit Lily and begin the affection grind with her. You can skip getting to 20 Love if you want, and just Flirt once it's available. Wander for wallets.
Peek in on Mom, then Flirt Lily. Sleep.
When Lily reaches 20 sluttiness, leave her room and come in again to fire her InstaThot intro. She'll ask you to help, which will lead to you taking a tame picture for her and the event will end, but unlocking Lily's InstaPic account. Once you unlock Lily's InstaPic content you can stalk her online with the menus in Check Your Phone and Help Her Take InstaPics when she's alone in her room early mornings and evenings. In the phone's InstaPic options you can Ask For Something Special, then make a request. If her sluttiness is high enough you can make your request, then immediately help her take InstaPics and sometimes she'll ask your opinion of taking more risque shots. Of course you'll tell her NO WAY. :3
I find following the progression of asking for underwear shot, topless, then nude (and immediately following that with helping her take InstaPics) to be quite successful and an easy way to break her underwear and nudity taboos.. The day after breaking those taboos she'll confront you and refresh them, losing 10 sluttiness. That's okay though, and a good thing in disguise. You can go the stubborn route of breaking the taboos repeatedly until you wear her down, the patient route of giving her a positive opinion of Incest through the trance system (not covered in this week 1 guide), but I prefer bargaining. Choose "how can I change your mind?" and she'll make a deal that if you help her with InstaPics THREE WHOLE TIMES she'll be okay w/ you seeing her undressed. Easy-peasy. I recommend avoiding breaking those taboos again while you work on that goal, but DO grind her sluttiness back up or over 20 before completing it because finishing the quest will add 10 sluttiness, potentially jumping her into the 30s. I also avoid breaking any more severe taboos while working on a taboo break quest because then you have to contend with consecutive sluttiness penalties.
When making your requests in InstaPic, don't worry so much about the cost of topless or nude shots. If she's low sluttiness (below 30) she'll happily strip in front of you to take the pics but reject you in her reply text later. Who is that slut sending those pics to?! Any requests you can send to Lily can also be sent to other women who share their social account info with you, but you need to also get their phone number. That's what the affection grind + lunch date is for. Women will offer their number once their Love is over 30.
I'll cover more of Lily's InstaThot storyline in a later guide but it can't progress until the third week, I believe. Checking every social account you've unlocked every day is an energy-free source of locked Clarity, so don't neglect it.

These serums are pretty powerful at this early stage, so read their effects in your inventory on the top left and don't waste them. After Mom leaves your room, peek in on Lily for the Flirt grind, then talk to Mom in her room. She'll tell you how stressed she is and ask for advice. Choose "take advantage, etc." then "help pick an outfit." If it has gone all according to keikaku, you'll have close to or over 40 sluttiness to work with. I've seen up to 45, which allows crotchless panties, high heels, thin dress or virgin killer, and thigh highs. Dress her to your tastes but use up that limit. Choose the outfit you designed and she'll strip in front of you to try it on, breaking her nudity taboo in the process. Don't get excited yet though. Choose "go with it" and the event will end. End the turn by hiring someone new or organizing business in the main office.

Unfortunately you won't have access to Lily at school yet, so we're restricted to Flirting with her when she's at home and on the weekend, so conserve your energy until Evenings. Visit Steph , Set Her Work Duties and add Extra Paperwork. Flirt with Steph and get her to blow you for sex goals. Make sure you "compliment her work" with all your employees every day until you raise your Charisma and are confident enough with their happiness to begin "insulting her work" to raise Obedience. I save that until after I've done the affection grind + lunch date for their phone number. Hire your third employee or Organize Business if you're still not ready to produce.
Take Mom out for Lunch again. Love is potentially over 40 by the end of this date. Note that her serum has worn off by now, but I don't recommend dosing her again during lunch because of the taboo refresh event to come tomorrow.
Peek in on Mom in the kitchen in case of apron, then Flirt with Lily unless you can InstaPic already (see above in its own spoiler). If you can InstaPic, do so. Otherwise, hunt wallets.
Same again as usual. Peek on Mom and Lily. Sleep.
If you've unlocked Lily's InstaPic you may be tempted to help her, but if you don't have full staff yet it might be more important to finish hiring. Choose whichever you wish after stopping by Mom's room for her taboo refresh for nudity. You may accept it with your tail between your legs with "understood" and then eventually break it for good with repetition, trance her into liking Incest, or Convince Her. She'll offer a deal to let you see her nude if you do four chores, once. lol. Take it, then go about your turn after spending your energy Flirting her back up to 18 sluttiness, or 20 if you wish to skip the first bills scene as I mentioned above.
If you've hired full staff by now and are working on your first contract you may want to contribute your work in Supply or Production. Or Organize Business if Company Efficiency is below 100% for some reason, or hunt wallets Downtown. Save your energy for flirting Mom back up. Your goal is to have her back up or above 20 sluttiness after the bills event on Saturday. I usually spend all Saturday doing those chores, but you can get started on them early if you want.
Flirt Mom up if she's still below the limit you choose, then Lunch date her if her Love is below 45 or you just want to get it to 50, the maximum Love attainable through Lunch Dates.
You risk re-breaking her underwear taboo if you peek on Mom in the kitchen but I can't resist apron content so Flirt her more if she's below your chosen limit. Then stop by Lily before finishing the turn however you like. In the first game I tested this walkthrough on I was able to fill my first contract on this turn, 30 doses of Suggestion Drugs. My other test games had other results, as no doubt yours will, but you are probably close. If you need to sell serums to stay afloat do so, but you'll need to work in Marketing or assign someone there temporarily to raise Market Reach again (explained in my mess of a first guide above) and keep serum values high. Fill your first contract whenever you can. As long as you end Friday with $100 more than it costs to pay your employees you can do the bills event with Mom on Saturday morning and coast through the weekend. Once you've filled any contracts you may pocket extra serums by clicking Access Production Stockpile in the Production Department.
Peek in on Mom and Lily, but resist Sleep Creeping Mom if you want the low sluttiness Sat morning bills event. Sleep
Mom will call you in to ask for some help with the bills. If you kept her sluttiness (including arousal left over from Sleep Creeping) below 20 you can say no or offer $100 for a kiss (breaking that taboo) or make her say please for a slight bonus to obedience. If you can complete the nudity taboo chores and report in before sleeping at the end of the day the kissing taboo will stay broken too. If not, look forward to another -10 sluttiness on Sunday morning so plan accordingly. If her sluttiness is 20 or higher, she'll offer a favors for cash deal reminiscent of events in Lab Rats 1. This gets more extreme when she's higher sluttiness but at 20 you can ask for a strip tease or test a serum. I don't feel the strip teases are tuned very well yet, costing her too much energy and granting MC too much arousal, but it may be fun for you so take your pick. You may also say "nothing this week" with no penalty. Again, if you break taboos with the strip tease and fail to report in with finished chores before sleeping, -10 sluttiness on Sunday. End the turn however you wish, but as I said above I usually spend all day on the chores.
You probably have fairly high energy. Save 20 for chores if you're doing those today but spend the rest using the phone to Flirt Mom and Lily above 20 sluttiness with Be Dirty or go grind affection with your employees around town. I usually find and fuck Steph for whichever sex goal I have queued before doing another chore.
Same again, and again, and again. If you've finished Mom's chores, report in then sleep after peeking in on Lily.
Before doing anything, accept any contracts you haven't yet in Marketing so you don't forget and they're replaced on Monday. Then spend the day however you like. If I haven't finished Mom's chores by now (unlikely) I do that along with helping Lily w/ InstaPics. I spend my energy grinding affection with employees or fucking Steph for sex goals.
