3DCG 90% of the time, but if a cartoon game's dev puts effort in to making their game match a real style like Mity or gunsmokegames do, then I really like those, because I love ones like Four Elements trainer, 18 titans, or Something unlimited, I feel it takes work to make it convincingly similar, while still doing the porn element.
Edit: real *western* styles. I really can't stand japanese/anime styled 2DCG

Mostly 3d, but an exception can be made if the art style is unique and petite.

Western artists normally just annoy me because they basically just draw cartoon porn like it's the trash real life porn. Disgusting.

There are some that actually try and get a different look but they spend so much time on them that they don't release works often. I think cartoon has a bit more character when done right but 3d is just so dang easy with the plug n play model.

I'll take something with decently done static graphics over choppy animations. I've dumped some just on that because it gets annoying. That said, I'm not trying to knock folks who are learning. If it seemed to be a decent story, I'll check back after a few updates to see if they worked out the mechanics.

I like a good cartoon game, but there's just something about the look of DAZ in particular. I don't know how to put it into words, but I find it really appealing.

The question is not quite correct and too categorical, that's why I didn't participate in the poll. A lot depends on the quality of the graphics and the quality of the game itself. The only exception is that I don't like Japanese graphics. European "cartoon" graphics - everything is OK here.
